Can you recommend me anything similar like this?

I'm new to energy work and started reading Choa Kok Sui and i realized i cannot apply all the techniques he teaches.

My inexperienced self was wondering if i can visualize and imagine the unhealthy energy accumulating in my belly then pushing it out thru my legs deep into earth?

I could do some localized sweeping before eliminating the energy then imagine absorbing divine energy into my body for complete healing.

What do you think? Is it good enough? Currently i have heart palpitations and acid reflux, sibo/candida and i would like to treat this.

How long did it take to see the energy not only feeling it?

I was asking my Lenormand cards about Raphael and if he would help me solve my problems but the majority of my questions shown the mountain as blockage.

Then i asked what is blocking our connection and it showed something related to my health/weak inner energy & lack of mental calmness.

I suspect my current state is not ready yet to receive messages or connect to his energy.

I'm still learning to control my energy and overall study everything that intrigues me.

Last summer I started to feel strong vibrations/tingling and muscle twitching in my left chest area & full body tremors or shaking. I also had heart palpitations for the first time.

I went to the cardiologist and gave me some magnesium and ashwaganda...it helped a little bit. I believe he thought I have anxiety. ( My heart was healthy but had certain arrhythmia and tachycardia)

Fast forward the full body tremors & palpitations disappeared after a few months of magnesium but the vibrations in the heart area always came back.

In the present I have some tachycardia in the morning and I still feel vibrations in the heart ( no it's not the tachycardia bcuz I always check it) but now I feel the vibrations and tingling in waves in full body mostly.

I'm a 39 year old woman.

Do you think this could be related to the heart chakra?

I mean do you need to be similar in any way to the demon for him to reach out or to answer your invocation? ( personality wise or characteristics)

Some say they try invocations but without much success , other say the demons are contacting them first....so now i wonder if it's all about the energetic wavelength!?

I was doing a guided meditation from youtube and it was related to chakra clearing and the Holy Guardian Angel.

At one point when it was saying imagine meeting your Guardian Angel ... overwhelming emotions of love and happiness where felt in my chest then while having my eyes closed some images appeared from the darkness it was mostly eyes i believe but that was a little bit scary for me and i blocked somehow the images.

I'm very new to the occult/magick.

I tend to ignore signs like i ignored my inner energy awakening for almost a year( i thought i was ill lol)
