Happy birthday Sam Vincent, the voice of SheZow and SheZap!
And also Maomolin in Ranma, Edd in Ed Edd n Eddy, Yukito in Cardcaptors, Spiral, Spheros, and Betrayus in Pac-Man, Russel in LittlestPetShop, Sonic’s singing voice in Sonic Underground, and more!

A few more headcanons I have for Gal/DudePow (and Maizy too)
-DudePow and Maizy used to frequently enter the She-Lair uninvited, and at first SheZow is annoyed but he grew to not mind them staying over
-Gal/DudePow’s childhood crushes include Kagamine Len (Vocaloid) and Ranma Saotome (Ranma 1/2)
(And before anyone asks, she has a crush on the original versions rather than whatever genderswapped version they would have in her native dimension, also since Gal tends to use the internet from Guy’s dimension and watch shows from Guy’s dimension while visiting it)
-Gal/DudePow and Maizy’s favorite games include Animal Crossing, Tomodachi Life, Project DIVA, and Rhythm Heaven (they’re more into causal media)
-Gal/DudePow’s favorite Pokémon is Piplup, and Gal even went as Dawn from Pokémon one Halloween with Maizy as Ash Ketchum
-Maizy had a job at Five Gals (burger joint which is basically the DudePow dimension counterpart of Five Guys) back when she was 17-19
-Gal/DudePow’s favorite anime series are Ranma 1/2, InuYasha, Urusei Yatsura, Sailor Moon, Cardcaptor Sakura, and Magic Knight Rayearth
-At one point the DudePow lair had a bunch of Hello Kitty and My Melody merch decorating it due to Gal liking Sanrio
-When Gal got in contact to the ghost of her deceased uncle Andre (the previous DudePow), Andre is fine with Gal transitioning (for lack of a better word) her DudePow alter ego to better match who Gal is in reality (Gal’s DudePow being publicly referred to a she and having a feminine presentation)
-Every time Mega Monkey calls DudePow a he after Gal transitioned her DudePow alter ego, DudePow gets really mad and she tells Mega Monkey “I may be DudePow, but I am NOT a dude!”
-Maizy likes punk rock

Why does DudePow tend to act kinda stoic/angry without explanation/abrasive in the show.
I love her as a character but I wonder why they couldn’t have Gal’s normal personality shine while she’s in DudePow form. I wish the SheZow production team could come forward and give me an answer.
I plan on writing a fanfic focusing on Gal/DudePow and it will definitely show her sweeter side and she’ll have more emotional moments even when she’s in DudePow form (my version of Gal/DudePow’s characterization is different from how the show portrays her, also since my version of Gal has transitioned her DudePow form some time before events of my fanfic hence why she doesn’t feel pressured to act macho nor anything since in the eyes of everyone who doesn’t know that Gal is DudePow, DudePow simply transitioned (for lack of a better word) to female).

What if SheZow and Sonic the Hedgehog swapped places as franchises pop-culture-wise. (SheZow becomes a popular platformer video game series owned by Sega with tons of shows and movies, while Sonic is an animated series that only lasted one season on Hub Network)

Who should be taller during adulthood (at least in my planned fanfic), SheZow or DudePow?
I’m planning on making a fanfic focusing on Gal/DudePow and Maizy during adulthood with Guy/SheZow being a recurring supporting character. I intended on making DudePow 5’9”, Maizy either 5’10” or 5’11”, and SheZow 6’0” or 6’1”. But I’d like to see what do y’all think of who should be taller.

Gal looks into the mirror… (drawn by me)
In my headcanon Gal transitioned (is that even the right word?) her DudePow alter ego after the events of DudePow Returns, hence why adult DudePow has her natural feminine proportions visible rather than using padding

Otto Messmer (animator who did Felix the Cat) could have played Mario Bros. (1983)

Random pet peeve of mine: As much as I love Gal/DudePow as a character, I'm not really into her shedding her eyelashes when transforming into DudePow
Given that Gal is simply crossdressing rather than transforming her body, I’m just not fond of her shedding her eyelashes. At least with Guy turning into SheZow, I can just tell that these are eyelash extenders as they’re an actual makeup item. But I can’t think of a logical explanation on why Gal sheds her eyelashes as DudePow when she only wears an outfit rather than physically switching genders (reverse Ranma 1/2).
