Has anyone travelled to the Philippines in the first week of October or November?

I’m planning to spend around 2 weeks there, but I’m a little sceptical about the weather. I really want to do scuba diving, so I’m worried about how the weather/sea conditions might affect it.

If you’ve been there around this time, I’d really appreciate any tips or advice!

I’m currently thinking of visiting:

- Cebu

- Boracay

- Bohol

- Palawan

Planning a 2-week trip starting Oct 1

hitting Bohol, Cebu, and Boracay (White Beach). Main focus is scuba diving/snorkeling, want clear water and lots of fish if possible.

Worried Oct might be typhoon season and visibility could suck. Anyone been diving in these spots around that time?

Is it worth going then or should I push to November first week or Jan instead? Budget’s a factor too so trying to weigh cheaper October flights against better dry-season conditions. Any advice appreciated 🙏
