I suffer from mental illness and one of the bad habits I picked up was biting my nails incessantly to the point they’d bleed and my fingertips would throb in pain for a day or two and I’d dunk them in ice water. Many times I’d spray some antiseptic spray on them as to reduce the chance for infection. I’d catch myself biting and then forcefully stop only to be back at it within minutes. I bit them in the car most and it was a regular thing for me to have a floor full of chewed off nails almost like gravel on a driveway.

I’m so happy to say that this year has been great for me and while I’m not cured, I am so much better and no longer bite my nails. They get so long I get a bunch of dirt and stuff stuck under them and have to use that scraper thing on the nail clippers lol. I’m no nail tech or cosmetologist as my nails certainly aren’t pretty but to me they’re beautiful. I no longer have to shield my fingers from people out of embarrassment.

I hope this little story can inspire someone reading to better yourself however you can and no matter how small.

When I backed up I heard sloshing liquid noises and dismissed it at first. After hearing it more I went to investigate and found my rear doors had water trapped inside and a decent amount. I did a little research and said to check the drain holes on the bottom but there’s some sort of weather protection flap so I pulled it back a little and slid my finger across it and the water started coming out thankfully. Is it just a matter of debris and pollen causing a clog? Recently had a lot of rain but I’ve never experienced this sort of thing before during other rain storms. Granted my cars parked under a helicopter tree and pollen rains down every day so I assume that’s the reason. I can’t find the actual drain holes on the doors tho so I can’t unclog them with a wire or some tool so my concern is this will happen again and I dont know if this will cause any permanent damage to electric mechanisms.

Has anybody had this happen or know how to deal with this to prevent it from happening?

I have a 08 Chevy Tahoe and for some reason there’s water swishing around in my rear passenger door. There was just a decent amount of rain in my area recently and I’m assuming somehow the rain water got inside there, can’t imagine how else it would. But I’ve obviously had rain on my car before so I’m quite perplexed and honestly pissed off cuz I can’t imagine it’s a good thing to have in there. I knew there was water cuz when I back out or turn wide I hear the sound of it moving around. I did a little investigation and when I swing open and close my door I hear it in there clear as day.

EDIT: it was both rear doors. I did a little feeling around and pulled a bit on the bottom seal flap thing and it started coming out and is draining. But I’m fearful this will happen again.

Does anybody have any idea why this would happen now? And if there’s a way I can drain it or get it out myself?

I’m not sure if there’s any concrete definitive temperature light sabers have but I found this:

So assuming one of those are correct how would the user fare using a light saber? I’d imagine the heat would at MINIMUM burn if not incinerate the one using its hand. I mean that’s some crazy heat there, they’ve been shown to nearly instantly cut through steel doors and cut metal droids in half with practically zero effort. And if one was used inside a room with flammable objects would a saber cause a flash over? I think that’s what it’s called, when there’s such strong heat that things in this vicinity instantly ignite even without direct contact with the flame.

I have premium and something I wonder about is whether I can create playlist and add videos to it to later pull up and play them?

My hair is quite long for a guy, probly anywhere from 8-10 inches and I use pomade to keep it from flying all over the place which is what happens when it’s completely dry, a little fuzz ball if you will especially with rain and wind.. it becomes a nightmare lol. I’ve had some bad gos with a lot of pomade’s with most of them turning my hair into a rock which I don’t want. I want a product that lets me style my hair when working it through and then have it stay that way which is what pomade is supposed to do I’m sure lol. It seems like with me atleast the first day or two after I do up my hair it’s like it’s gelled and doesn’t budge an inch and then there’s a couple days after when it seems like some of the product evaporates or something and then it’s how I want it and then another day or two after that it becomes a mess. I hope all that makes sense.

So basically I want a good pomeade that keeps my hair in the style I want it with it not being rock hard and then vanish completely. Please help a bro out here.
