The Magistrate - Can you survive Chinese bureaucracy?

https://fabermundi.itch.io/tang

Inspired by Dwarf Fortress, I wanted to create a very realistic and complex city-builder. I ditched shiny graphics for system complexity and long-term gameplay. You’re not a great conqueror, but you have a job to do, people to feed and a heartless bureaucracy above you that just can’t stop draining your town and county.

What Will Your County Remember?
Your term will eventually end.
Perhaps you will leave behind full granaries, safe roads and prosperous villages.
Perhaps you will be remembered for justice.
Perhaps for cruelty.
Perhaps the bridge you built will still stand a generation later, while your name survives only in an old county chronicle.

I’d really appreciate your help with a 5-minute anonymous burnout survey (Everyone)

Hi everyone,
I’m a counsellor based in London and I’m currently researching workplace burnout to help develop a digital prevention tool.
I’m looking for employees, managers, and HR professionals to complete a short anonymous questionnaire (around 5 minutes). Your responses will help identify the biggest workplace wellbeing challenges and inform the design of the solution.
Thank you so much for your time!
