Côte de Bœuf’s Dry aged steak + frites
I’ll skip on the fries, way too salty! Peppercorn sauce was watery. But the this dry aged striploin 10/10, the perfect cut, I’ll have it again!

What is your go to milk when making matcha?
I really can’t have full fat dairy as per my doctor and I used to enjoy making my matcha with homogenized milk (whole milk). I shift to 2% or 1 % and i’m still adjusting.
In this photo I used 1% milk, at first it looks watered down but the matcha flavour comes out more.
