I have always used syrups for my matcha!! Na eenjoy ko naman talaga and masarap din ako gumawa haha but since common issue when making matcha latte is minsan naooverpower yung matcha taste pag hindi tamang milk yung gamit or pag madaming added flavours. Syempre altered na yung flavour. So I tried for a month na no sugar or sweet and surprisingly mas gusto ko na sya. Mas na appreciate ko pa yung matcha and iba ibang variants na available. Taste is subjective of course. Side note mas nakatipid din ako now kasi di na ako bumibili ng iba ibang syrup to try hehe.

Team burger steak talaga ako pero dahil nacurious ako if masarap ba Spaghetti and Palabok dito sa Canada kaya napa try ako ng iba hehe. Hindi malasa yung palabok for me parang kulang yung timpla nila. Spaghetti on the other hand naman pasado sa taste buds ng pinoy hehe.

Took me 20 seconds to whisk and achieved this! Such a high quality matcha. I like it for my everyday latte’s.

Ilocos/Vigan logganisa is my OG favourite.

Definitely worth the hype, paired this with some prawns and scallop skewers!!

I prefer matcha over espresso drinks na din. I still do iced lattes pero rarely na dahil go to drink ko na matcha. Ang saya din ng process ng matcha making, simple joys!

Amazing customer service, staff took really good care of us. We tried quite a few dishes but these are what stood out.

- Flat Iron Steak
- Cabbage and mushrooms
- Trout Camandine

Everything was unique and carefully curated. The veggies are from local farmers too. Great dining experience.
