Grand Seiko supporters are all salty Rolex rejects

Grand Seiko supporters are all salty Rolex rejects

You always see GS supporters going to Rolex sub singing songs about their brand

Funny enough you never see things the other way. We Rolex owners know our watches are better and there’s no need to tell you about it. You know it and you’re insecure about it

Why did it take Tudor so long to produce a <13mm true GMT movement?

Rolex has been making the 3185 movement since what, 1988?

Why did Tudor built a bunch of chunky black bay GMTs before when all of the R&D was already done by the big brother?

Only in 2024 did Tudor come up with the bb58 GMT. And even now it’s not released across the bb Pro lineup

Are yall concerned about the shunbun clasp being so flimsy?

Is it just me or does the clasp on this watch feel cheap?

The dial and finishing is great, but the clasp doesn’t feel solid when closing. It even opens unexpectedly at times.

I have a few tudors and the clasp seems much better.

Would yall be happier if your AD tell you straight up how much you need to spend before getting X?

I get the whole thing about bundling slow movers with Rolex so the AD can profit more, and they trade above MSRP so there’s no reason to give you free money.

But god damn can there be more transparency? My fear is spending tens of thousands then AD forgets who I am

I prefer the business is more straight up no BS tbh

Rolex used to be worn by Navy Seals, spec ops, saturation divers, mountaineers

Today’s ceramic Rolex are worn by finance bros, just maximum flash

Tudor today is what Rolex used to be. But fuck, why they gotta put gilt on everything?

Get rid of that shit and it’s the coolest watch brand out there today
