My sons friends were eating something on our front porch and spilled some food, looked almost like ice cream but not sure. Anyway I have been super busy last few days since I saw it. I was able to hose it off yesterday but the stain still remains after the white food or whatever it was washed away. Is there any good way to get rid of the stains? I have a power washer but worried of etching it if done too hard.
Wondering if anyone has the max BP machine? We have a pitching machine and take it with us to a local school batting cage to practice through the year, but it gets incredibly hot where we live so sometimes its a difficult sell to get my kid out there in 100 plus degree weather. I was thinking about our house layout and while we dont have room for a batting cage in our yard, we have room IN our house for something like the max bp. We have a long hallway that opens up into a open floor plan living room and nothing that a small golf wiffle ball would hit would break or knock anything over. I was thinking for just $550-600 that might be a good investment if it encourages my son to use it every day, inside in the AC. Of course we would still need to go over to the field and hit actual balls a few days a week, but this may be an easier set up day to day, especially once school begins and we are busy. Just curious if anyone has it and if you've used it inside your house.
13, 10, 5. I like that they enjoy them when we get them, but it seems they just treat them like candy and eat them way too fast. I bought 2 2 lb packs from costco, each like $4.29, and both are now gone Tuesday morning. I got them Sunday afternoon. Just wondering if this is a normal rate of consumption or what. No way I can be buying like 12 lbs of strawberries every week lol. And yes I get this is a bit random, just curious if this is the going rate for food like this in other houses with kids. I feel like I still often underestimate how much we have to buy to keep up.
This is so frustrating. None of these yellow screw ons actually fit into my super73 z miami brake handle port. They either just sit in it, which allows oil to seep all over the place, or are too big or too small. It says it fits all major brands, tektro etc. And mine is tektro. Im just trying to get my brakes to freaking work again. Its pissing me off.
Ill try to keep this simple. Got 3 kids, goal of 529 $30k cost basis for all 3. 1/3 completed. House paid off, both are in very secure jobs, we save about $4-5k a month right now after expenses. I want these 529s done ASAP. Considering taking $25k out of $32k hysa which is our 6 month emergency fund and completing the 2nd child's 529 goal. Then we can save $4-5k monthly for say 5 months until we are back again to $30-32k. At that point I would put enough down for 3rd kid to complete their goal too. It would take our emergency fund back down to like $5k temporarily but then it would be back in 5-6 months. At this point all our major milestones for saving would be completed.
Getting frustrated with the brake oil thing. My sons super73 brakes got to where the brake grip would touch the handle bar and have no brake power. I watched all the videos, refilled oil multiple times, and each time the brakes work great again, albeit super squeaky, but after a week or 2 they become useless again. Ive redone them probably 15 times since having the bike 2 years, maybe more. This cant be normal, but im doing the same thing they show on all the videos. Are the brakes that come with the bike just not very good? Should we look into better ones? He keeps saying the brakes are horrible, I keep thinking it's something im doing wrong, he tells me all his friends replaced the brakes and theirs have no issues. Any help would be appreciated.
Would you rather take 1 trip for 6 nights at grand californian with 5 days park hopper with lightning lane for your family of 5, or get annual passes and go 4 trips 5 days each with no park hopper no lightning lane, and stay in your rv off site. I want to make this decision in a couple years, and while I know its a ways off, I just cant wait either way. Our kids will be old enough to explore, my wife and I can explore, we can go together or split up, etc. We have done the rv stay every other time, but never had annual passes to go that often. However we have never stayed at grand californian or done park hopper or ll.
