I have been on finasteride and minoxidil for 4 months and HRT for 5 months, but my temples are really worrying me.
Myslíte si to taky? 😄
Am I ugly? How am I doing compared to my last post, and what can I do better?
I really dislike having broad shoulders and narrow hips. How can I balance out my proportions? I’ve cut back on upper-body workouts and shifted my focus to lower-body exercises like hip thrusts. Also, how long will it take for me to lose upper muscle? I have been training for two years.

One eye I did in a different color because I was learning.

The last one is before minoxidil.
Hi everyone,
I've had the Hbada E3 Air 2026 (Pink) for about a month now. I really like the chair overall, but the lumbar support is causing me lower back pain that starts within 30-45 minutes of sitting.
Even at the lowest/loosest setting, it feels like it pushes too hard into my lower back. Sitting further back in the chair (as you're supposed to) makes it worse. I've tried every adjustment I can find but nothing helps.
I contacted Hbada support and they suggested adding a cushion and offered €15 compensation, which doesn't really solve the problem.
Has anyone else experienced this with the E3 Air? Is there any trick to reducing the lumbar pressure that I might be missing, or is this just how the chair is designed?
Thanks for any advice!
