Cooked a pack of Hofmann's German franks for lunch while slow cooking baby back ribs. One of the dogs flew a little too close to the heat. I ate it, along with 2 others. Ribs are in the oven on 225° for a couple more hours. Happy 4th!

Scrambled eggs with cheese, onion and spinach. Pork link sausages, dry wheat toast and a coffee complete the meal.

Oven bacon, omelet with green onions, spinach and cheese and buttered whole wheat toast
Over easy eggs, peppered bacon, skillet toast and blueberry/Greek yogurt parfait.
Scrambled eggs, pork link sausages and toast with sausage gravy. And a side of cold watermelon.
