I'm returning in Octoberish to join the war effort proper. Recently though I went through some of Ramen vs Marketing's locations and noticed one of my favorite locations is closed permanently (Vadyma Hetmana St, 10/37а, Kyiv, Ukraine, 02000), and the shop I used to live near is temporarily closed (Pavla Tychyny Ave, 20б, Kyiv, Ukraine, 02002).
I also reached out to a friend over Instagram who worked there and saw he had either joined or was drafted into the military but has yet to respond to me.
Was wondering is a local Kyivian could tell me what going on?

As title states, I'm returning to Ukraine in October. I'd like to drive a donated vehicle and deliver it to Ukraine. I know NAFO often has vehicles that need moving and I was wondering how I could arrange to be a driver.
My long term goal here is to (Hopefully) drive a vehicle from London (or elsewhere in Europe) to Ukraine, I'll then deliver the vehicle and proceed to a 3 week stint with Hells Kitchen before moving on to join the Ukrainian Armed Forces as I have several offers on the table from several units.
Is this a thing I could do?
This will be my 3rd trip to Ukraine, previously I was there in March 2022 with WCK (at the Medyka-Shehyni cross and later Kyiv proper), and in 2024 with the Magic Food Army for 7 moths in the Zaporizhia.

I'm wondering if there are any programs or 'schools' that offer Pre-Military fitness training? Like a WeTrueGun for reaching Military fitness? Not looking for weapon training, not looking to cosplay. I am not a 'Walter Mitty', met too many of them in Kyiv while off rotation.
I am 41, 6'4", 210lbs, Physically fit (but not combat fit), No Wife/Girlfriend (Not looking for one either), no children, and have a strong mental fortitude against adverse conditions.
I Have an international drivers license with a perfectly clean abstract.
I have earned a Ukrainian TRP once already.
No medical issues (save for a soon to be fixed abdominal hernia), no criminal record, no debts.
Already have Legal Will from previous trips.
I have experience in frontline situations, through a 7 month stint with a Volunteer NGO in the Zaporizhzhia direction. I've spent a total of around 1.5 years volunteering in or near frontline cities/selos since 2022.
I Don't want to volunteer anymore. Looking to commit fully to AFU now, and have the intention of staying on until wars end or mine.
Already working out, with a focus on upper body and cardio (Leg day is every day for me).
While unrelated to the War, I am currently attached to a team of Wilderness Firefighters currently deployed in Northern Ontario. I say this if only to demonstrate that I can commit to some serious work in some seriously bad environments.

I'm 41, and a Nerd haven't been in a gym since Highschool.
Confident about my physicality, not confident about being a in a gym. It's that simple.
My goal is to work on Cardio and Upper body strength, and generral weightloss (about 15lbs). Legs are not an issue.
My objective is to get fit enough to head back to Ukraine for a 3rd time and this time shoot my shot at joining the UAF.
Currently splitting my time between a North Ontario Emergency Firefighting Camp (where I Cook) that has a Gym and Mississauga (access to Fit4Life, YMCA, GoodLife Fitness) on a two week-on/two-week off rotation.
There is nothing to do up here but cook, fight fires and workout apparently.
So I figure I might as well embrace what apparently is my emerging midlife crisis and get lean.
Anyone want to help a Nerd out?
I ask this because of Sean Ashmore and Mika Cox'ss reaction to the line.
Specifically how Sean reacts as they walk away as if he considers his lines or a response, and Nyla's awkward laugh and expression like she was expecting to hear "Cut, Reset." but didn't.

Noticed in the last couple of weeks that a good amount of artists aren't followed anymore.
For instance I am obsessed with the Soundtrack for the Suicide Girls: First Tour dvd. It's a corner stone of my eclectic music tastes and a great collection of music.
So naturally I followed as many artists from the Soundtrack as possible (some being my very first follows on Spotify).
But today I notice that I'm no longer following HALF the artists and bands on it.
MSI, Mooney Suzuki, Head Automatica, My Life With The Thrill Kill Kult and more.... all unfollowed.
Went through some of my more recent follows and also found some unfollowed.
The hell is going over at Spotify?
Dealing with this on top of their most recent abomination of an update is making me look for a new music service.
He wasn't a "Art Guy" he didn't collect paintings or anything and while he was handy with pencil and coal, this 100% wasn't his vibe.
Which makes me curious as to why he would have it.
Signature looks like it says "Kornyei"
Paint style looks like it was done with edged or pointed instrument not a paint brush.
It's not on Canvas but some sort of board.
