Advice on buying used Miele please

Hi, I really wanted the sebo e3 but it’s really over my budget and something I would have to save up for. However I just found a “Miele complete c3 home care electro+ powerline” for sale used $325. Can anybody tell me if these two are comparable? Will this be just as good? It looks like I will have to buy the parquet tool for it, as I only see the SEB228 and the combination floor tool comes with it.

Sebo vs Miele? Help me choose

Hi, I have a 1,200sqft home with two pets one is a pug that sheds a lot) and birds that make a lot of mess with seeds. I have all hard floors except some rugs. I want a good vacuum that will work and last forever. I really want the sebo e3 but I found the Miele c1 cat and dog on Facebook marketplace for $500. That is about less than half the cost of the e3. Should I get it, or should I get the one I really want which is the sebo e3?

Help me choose a vacuum for my new home!

Hi! I am looking at bagged canister vacuums, and looking for one that will meet my needs. I have a pug that sheds a lot especially on couches. The home is all LVP flooring but I intend to get a few area rugs for the home. It’s not a real big house either so nothing too bulky. I would love something that has upholstery attachments and for dusting.

I just learned what a canister vacuum is, help me choose one please

Hi, I posted earlier asking about the shark power detect vacuum. I just learned about bagged canister vacuums and they basically look like a stick vacuum on the part you actually hold, which is basically what I want. I would like recommendations on a vacuum like this that will work for a 1,200sqft home with a pug that sheds alot!
It’s 90% hard floors and some area rugs low to low/medium at most carpets. I want to be able to vacuum instead of sweeping because I don’t like crumbs and dirt on the floor😁 budget maybe $500 at most and I like to buy second hand if it helps me get a better vacuum as well

Any suggestions ?

Is this the perfect vacuum for me?

I am looking for a cordless and lightweight vacuum that still has strong power. I have tried a corded stick vacuum (shark rocket ultra light) and it was nice but not strong enough for harder floors, and didn’t like the cord. I tried shark navigator and it’s super powerful but bulky and not the best design for handheld use to vacuum upholstery and stuff.

I am looking at this shark and it looks to have everything I am looking for, a charging dock, an empty and clean function, and it vacuums carpet and hard floors. I have pets and I am a clean freak, and I don’t like to have any dust before I mop, so that’s why I am really interested in a vacuum like this as opposed to just sweeping

hi. my option period for a home purchase ends tomorrow, and the inspector let me know that there is only one concerning crack in the home. it is a vertical crack straight up and down right where the front door meets the brick. He says it doesn't seem too major and appears to be "seasonal settling" and likely the house just needs gutters installed to fix the issue. however, my realtor is recommending we extend the option period to have a structural engineer inspect it. it looks maybe the width enough to insert a credit card through the opening.

what should i do?

the home is from 2002 in Texas.

Hello all. I found a house that is in the USDA eligible area and decided to apply with two loan officers that have both helped me greatly. I appreciate both of their time, and I feel really bad now that only one is gonna end up being who I go with.

I need advice on what to do. One is a mortgage broker who locked me in at 6.125% for USDA, but I'm stressing over if I will even qualify. I did the math and the front end DTI is what I am thinking wont let me do it cause its gonna be like 33-36%. This loan officer has not told me anything about that it might not work, and wrote me the loan estimate and wants me to sign the papers.

The second loan officer is a local lender, and he already called to let me know that he does not recommend the USDA because they are very strict about DTI and mine doesn't meet the front end DTI from his calculations. He let me know that with FHA, I have much better approval odds and can get 5% assistance at 6.25% with my state's DPA program. It would be 0% interest, 30-year deferred meaning that the money will only be due once I sell the house or refinance.

I am afraid if I go with the mortgage broker then the USDA doesn't work out, I'll be stuck doing FHA and he is not local to my state and has not gone over any DPA programs that he offers with me. Please let me know your advice. thanks!

Hi this is my initial loan estimate from my loan officer it’s for a USDA loan I’m hoping to get approved for.

The escrow looks realistic to me maybe I can get a little lower with the homeowners insurance

I am also supposed to be getting seller concessions of $7,000

Is there anything I can do to bring my payment down I don’t think with that payment I’ll qualify for the usda loan from the front end DTI
