Ac removal from apt window

How would I go about getting this big window ac out? It’s up high on an apartment building, I know the things on the side should move but it looks like they are moved inwards all the way it goes so you can’t get your hands on the outside to hold the ac, what do I do?

T-Mobile 2G no longer works in nyc, could not get reception in Brooklyn nor manhattan today.

Anyone else in nyc could you try ur phones see if it works, can’t even get 2G on volte compatible phones
