I found some YouTube video from NHL 24, that says the settings are L1 + X, but it doesn't work.

I would like to play online competitively but with regular/real teams not ultimate teams. Is that possible?

So when I buy games, the number of hours is more or less correct.

However, when I'm using other software, mainly Aseprite (software for digital art), I use this daily for hours, for years, but it shows only like 150 hours.

I tested this the other day, when I was working on a project for at least 20 hours during one weekend. But only got like +4 hours in the usage time.

Does it maybe count only the times when I click, or interact with actively? So each click is like 0,1 seconds added to the time?

I love automation and business simulators, and I'm looking for a game that merges these two together. So not only I have to automate my factory, but I also must actually sell those items I manufacture.

Games like Shapez is great but you basically just make the product for the sake of making the product, so it's more or less just a puzzle game. I would like to make a factory where I must also take care of employees, and create the manufacturing process.
