I’m on ep 78. I could do one or two episodes per day and still spread that out long enough for Dan or Jordan to hopefully give us more info about what they’re doing next. It took a couple of years for Dragon Ball to resume. I’m treating this like that. I think I was a casual listener of the podcast for about 5 years and I don’t know if I listened to all the Biden year ones, so while I’m sad about it, I am hoping that they’re not just going to retire into the sunset. That said, I’m very glad they’re still friends and didn’t sacrifice their friendship for the sake of the podcast.

In my opinion, I wanted them to pivot to someone else who was relevant. Alas, sometimes it’s better to quit while you’re ahead.

Most of my feed is normal but META has begun the enshittification of Instagram. Once Bluesky adds certain niche communities to it I’ll probably delete it and only use FB, messenger and Bluesky.

Okay good after some blocking it fixed the issue it was still weird.

Trump and co have done enough damage for generations. They may take over California. While in an ideal world, Dan and Jordan may want to rise into the sunset, the fight isn’t over just because all of us have helped neuter infowars. Republicans are completely craven to Trump and want to rig elections so they cheat before hand. This is potentially the best political climate for Democrats in a while, they may not be the party I want but I would rather them than the current Republican Party.

Point is, with redistricting going on we can’t let up. We have a chance with sustained momentum to also take back control of state Governments from Trumpers. If you want a purpose, look at how scared they are of the polls and what they’re doing with redistricting. We need Dan and Jordan, and everyone at their best. We can’t depend on the current Democrats in power, NY is not doing anything this cycle with redistricting and per the Jen Psaki show the MD Senate leader is blocking it. We need the Democratic Party but not as it is. We need to remake it into a viable opposition and eventually majority party.

Just my $.02. Take a break if you need to, but just a break please. We need to fight fire with fire, politically, lol.

While that doesn’t seem to necessary mean that I am going to be fast friends with these users, I am connected with one user who is super pro LGBT (Heather Peterson, she’s verified, I checked), and other users who are connected to her have more of a chance of getting connected to me via the algorithm. I’m sure a number of users like my content, I identify as a Harris independent on the platform and I post about sports and other interests. The one thing a clique seems to be helpful with is insulating me from mean lists.

That said, I only have 1.2k followers so it’s not as if getting followed by people will lead to a 9k following. But, it’s more than I’ve ever had before.

Too many people have put out boring books with important info that everyone ignores or becomes just a part of the news cycle that nobody pays attention to. I have literally not been paying attention to the issue since I have been blissfully ignorant using cables. If I were to use Bluetooth how bad is it? Is it a lot of hyperbole? In between?

I do agree for a lot of songs they’re not fully optimized but for the ones that are, I can tell a difference. It’s so weird, it’s like they are fine with having less features yet paying a lot for premium.

I’m going to fully switch to Apple Music until lossless is added. I’m listening with a 3.5 mm usb cable with Bose Gen ultra 2s and I think Apple Music is significantly better.
