A person buys a Costco membership. Then - a person drives to the nearest Costco with an expectation to get the lowest prices for all edible and drinkable items and in enough quantities to last for at least one month. At a Costco location - a person discovers that some items are substantially more expensive than at other stores. So - a person drives to another store to buy the cheaper edible and drinkable items.
