I just came back from a 4-week overseas trip in the UK. I stayed in nice hotels and homes but when I came home I realized it is the best place in the world even though it is not fancy, not tidy, not new, etc.

I'm a thrift shop/charity shop junkie. I'm wondering what others considered to be their best treasure hunt item. Mine was a hand-embroidered tunic I found in a charity shop in Kensington a few week ago.

I tried to be my own 'ideal' person. However strangely enough one of my PenPals turned out to be my 'ideal' person. He asked me to marry him and we've been married for over 15 years and I'm happy most of the time. Nobody is perfect and that's fantastic.
