One thing about The Producers is that it received two nominations for Best Actor in a Musical; but as for Springtime for Hitler, it looks like the primary lead in that is Hitler. But I wanted to keep the same number of actors nominated consistent, so I added an extra nomination for Best Featured Actor in a Musical. Also, I like to imagine Mel Brooks was playing himself as the actor in the production.

If only they didn’t make Springtime for Hitler look stupid. If they just played it as straight as possible, respecting the vision of the author, everyone would have hated it for sure!
