I'm thinking of some Alyosha puns but my mind is kinda blank.

Whenever I see this name, my Cyno brain thinks of OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) or if I jokingly mispronounce it, "alley-oop". (Yes, I know the actual Russian pronunciation has no sound similar to the English y.)

My question is: How do I word the setup question in a way that the punchline of "AlyOSHA" or "Alley-oop-sha" will be funny?

Alternatively, you can share different Alyosha-themed puns with me. (I won't post them on r/ThanksCyno, though, unless you want me to.)

Which of these Xianzhou characters (from Honkai: Star Rail) are you most excited to get similar-looking outfits of in Miliastra Wonderland?

Asking because of the new Cloudbound Journey and Cloudbound Flight outfits that allegedly look like the children of Yanqing and Yunli. We've also had lots of outfits in the past that supposedly resembled Amphoreus characters >!and I want a Phainon-inspired one!<.

If you had the resources, how would YOU ISFPs fix our broken world?

Because I'm sick of this overpriced world where it feels like everyone hates each other's guts.

Also, I have a gut feeling many of Gen Z's heroes will be Fi-doms.

No obvious fantasy stuff like magic, please.

If the Imaginarium Theater didn't exist, which character(s) would you not raise?

For example, I would not raise the following (not an exhaustive list) since I simply find them too weak compared to the rest of my roster:

>!- Arataki Itto (I transferred his gear to Noelle after getting C2 Furina; I also like Noelle more)!<

>!- Dahlia!<

>!- Dori!<

>!- Gaming (I already have Arlecchino, Hu Tao, and Mavuika)!<

>!- Jahoda!<

>!- Kirara!<

>!- Lisa!<

>!- Lynette!<

>!- Mika!<

I'm a low spender and Version 1.0 veteran, by the way.

OA lang ba ako for being distant (both physically and emotionally) with a supervisor who threatened to choke me in a fit of rage?

I once tried asking this supervisor (let's codename her Kelly) for help with work-related matters in my usual soft, calm, and polite voice...but she misheard one of my words as "son of a bitch" even though what I really said had very different pronunciation. Kelly then threatened me, "Sasakalin kita! 'Di kita papansinin!"

I then also gave Kelly the silent treatment and tensed my muscles when she got physically close, readying myself to counterattack if necessary.

(Due to work confidentiality, I cannot say the word that led Kelly to mishear me.)

OA lang ba ako or is my suspicion of my supervisor's "lack of empathy" valid?

I overheard that one of my coworkers who recently resigned (let's call him Larry) expressed desire to work with us again. He resigned because he was made to do one huge task that negatively affected his health—he (and several other coworkers) literally stayed awake until the next morning to finish it. (Granted, Larry was given a full rest day immediately after that.)

When my supervisor (let's call her Ursula) heard about this from another coworker, she commented (and I'm paraphrasing her Filipino statement into English), "Your resignation gutted our operations and now, you want to come back? You gave up after just a 'little' hardship (referring to that huge task I mentioned earlier)? That was just one big task placed upon you by chance."

I'm senior to Larry. I've seen him work and he does his job well. (And I normally have high standards—I used to think Larry was just average but he saved me while we were beating a tight deadline.)

Also, although Larry resigned after one big task, I'm handling multiple of them (many more than usual) and I'm still confused by them as of writing. So I feel for Larry potentially getting overloaded with similar tasks as well if he ever gets back here.

I didn't confront the supervisor about this but I just wish she (and other people in general) would just be more sympathetic. I'm contemplating resigning as well because I did overtime for several days and got sick.

I'm a former English teacher with 4 years of experience teaching Japanese students. How would you most prefer me to teach you (any concept in general; not just English)?

I'm prone to infodumping and intellectual explanations as an autistic essayist and I'm not so experienced with talking to Filipinos in general, especially female ones, due to my Americanized upbringing so I'd appreciate some advice.

I especially need advice from ESxPs who play competitive multiplayer games because from my experience, they often insisted on making those the topic of conversation even after I made it clear I vastly prefer single-player games and die almost immediately in competitive multiplayer. I don't mean to be rude but I think they would much rather go with the flow than gently teach me how to play.
