What's the truth about Jiang Xueqin and what is his true motive?

Professor Jiang Xueqin is coming off as a chameleon. I've viewed many of his videos.

A few times he says he is South Korean, others say he is a Christian.

But many other people say he is a China propaganda machine to weaken western support.

He is not a Christian in any main stream sense when looking at his many explainations of Jesus.

There are more sources that say he is in fact a Chinese person, perhaps a mole in Canada.

Supposedly he returned to China, was kicked of China. Then returned to China.

What's the reality?

Schism Protections

The thing that it's grossly over looked by members, IMHO, are the powerful protections against Schism in the Baha'i Faith!

Does anyone here understand what I'm speaking on?

How is it accomplished, what are the guardrails.

So far, no faith has been unable to prevent multiple Schism. None.

Why is this not studied in depth as one of the primary guardian of the faith.

In deed its a key an critical component of the faith!

Not an emergency, I need a cardiologist

Not an emergency, I need a cardiologist, or any doctor.

Who will order a CIMT. An ultrasound measurement of plaque in the cartoid arteries.

Seems everyone one I've come across are hindered by the hospital group they are in.

Charlotte Radiology does them but they won't do one even if I pay out of pocket. Saying it has to be ordered by a doctor.

There is zero patient risk.

When religion has utterly failed

Honestly, I've had it with the big three. All of them have fallen short of Acting in a Godly manner. With clergy wrapped up in power and money.

From sexual assaults against members. To genocide, to subjugation of women.

It totally baffles me how members are so easily willing to over look the gross evil of their clergy is astounding, and continue to come to contribute to the obscenities of their clergy.

For Baha'i location without 9 in a city, but 15 in surrounding county, and Feast and Devotional.

update, thankful for the great info!

Can they meet and call it a Feast? Or, just meet for association without calling it anything.

Then, Firesides are now obsolete. And Devotional is supposed to be the Fireside replacement to welcome Seekers and educate. But there are many Devotionals going on without every having a Seeker.

Tired with mild exertion, 2 months after in stent restinosis repair.

What will the side effect from ticagrelor, regarding breath feel like?

My first experience was the first night in recovery. It woke up feeling air wasn't getting in, even though I was breathing. But I was laying down and not doing anything.

I was in for, in stent restinosis. They placed a stent inside the original stent.

Last week I was doing very mild exertion and it felt like I was getting exhausted.

My only guesses are it's the ticagrelor, or the stent in the stent channel will always be smaller the the single original stent?

Can someone explain this to me,?

"in Jewish theology, {God is explicitly defined as the God of Abraham}. Traditional Judaism holds that the same monotheistic deity who delivered the Israelites from Egypt and gave the Law at Mount Sinai {is the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob}.

Key aspects of this relationship include:

Covenantal Identity: God refers to Himself as the God of the patriarchs to emphasize the enduring Abrahamic Covenant, which promised land, descendants, and blessing to Abraham’s lineage. Continuity: The God worshipped in Judaism is viewed as the sole creator and the personal, transcendent being who established the relationship with Abraham, continuing through Isaac and Jacob (Israel). ... within the Jewish context, there is no distinction between the God of Abraham and the God of the Jewish people."

So, Every village, tribe had their own God/s. It appears Abram saw others though the region as related some how. But blood is always the connection. It feels as if the scattered villages, who Abram felt were family. Should, rather than had their own God/s. They actually should all worship one deity, rather than different ones. It sounds exclusionary to me, correct me if I'm incorrect. Than another question, what other Gods were worshipped? There is some research which says in early times the Demiurge is said to be the Creator, and a superior God created the Demiurge. So, was it possible the God of Abram was factually the Demiurge? But none of this shows the God of Abram was to be the God of everyone on earth. I'd assume that Abram would say this was the God of his blood line only. Others had to get their own God....

PS, I don't value interpretation in any faith, where what used to be believed was sacred and of God. But now we don't.

Indepth look at The Chosen People, I like!

Here is an indepth look into, the chosen people. it is indeed worthy. I really admire the belief and pray world peace comes in my lifetime.

No, it is not true that world peace occurs only after every Jew complies with all 613 commandments.

Theological Perspective: In Jewish tradition, the coming of the Messiah and the subsequent era of universal peace are linked to the restoration of the Temple in Jerusalem, which would make it possible to fulfill the commandments that are currently inapplicable (such as sacrifices and priestly duties

elaborate on the jews being the chosen people

Quick Answer The Jews are considered God’s chosen people based on biblical covenants with Abraham and Moses, signifying a special relationship with God rather than inherent racial or spiritual superiority. This status is rooted in scriptures like Deuteronomy 7:6, which describes Israel as a "treasured possession," and implies a mission to uphold ethical monotheism.

The primary purpose of chosenness is responsibility, not privilege. According to Jewish tradition, the Jewish people were selected to receive the Torah and serve as a "kingdom of priests and a holy nation" (Exodus 19:6). This entails specific obligations to observe divine commandments, maintain moral integrity, and act as a "light unto the nations" by promoting justice and spreading knowledge of God to the world.

Interpretations vary among denominations, but the core concept remains a covenantal bond. Orthodox, Conservative, and Reform Judaism all maintain that Jews are chosen for a specific divine mission, though views on the nature of this election differ. Some texts suggest the choice was mutual, noting that while God selected the Israelites, the people also accepted the covenant at Mount Sinai, creating a binding agreement of mutual duty and protection.

Biblical Foundations and Meaning

The concept of the Jewish people as "chosen" originates in the Torah, specifically within the covenants established with Abraham and later ratified at Mount Sinai with Moses. Key scriptural passages define this status not as a mark of inherent superiority, but as a selection for a specific function:

Exodus 19:5-6: Describes Israel as a "kingdom of priests and a holy nation," tasked with mediating divine presence.

Deuteronomy 7:6-8: Explicitly states that God chose Israel not because they were numerous or powerful (they were the "fewest of all peoples"), but out of divine love and fidelity to ancestral promises.

Amos 3:2: Highlights the burden of this status: "You only have I known of all the families of the earth; therefore I will punish you for all your iniquities," implying stricter accountability rather than immunity from consequences.

Biblical basis for Jews as chosen people Exodus Deuteronomy

The Nature of the Covenant: Responsibility Over Privilege

In Jewish theology, chosenness (segulah) is fundamentally a covenantal obligation rather than a reward. It entails the acceptance of the 613 commandments (mitzvot), which impose a rigorous framework of ethical and ritual conduct.

Mission: The primary purpose is to serve as a "light unto the nations" by modeling ethical monotheism, justice, and compassion.

Universalism: Traditional sources, such as the Mishnah (Sanhedrin 10:1), affirm that "righteous people of all nations have a share in the world to come," indicating that chosenness does not exclude non-Jews from divine favor or salvation. Non-Jews are bound by the seven Noahide Laws, a separate but valid covenant.

Mutuality: Some interpretations suggest the choice was mutual; while God selected Israel, the people voluntarily accepted the covenant at Sinai, creating a binding partnership.

Jewish concept of chosen people meaning responsibility

Denominational Perspectives

Interpretations of chosenness vary across modern Jewish movements, though the core idea of a unique mission remains prevalent:

Orthodox Judaism

Orthodox thought generally maintains the traditional view that the election is literal and eternal. Leaders like Rabbi Norman Lamm link chosenness exclusively to the revelation of the Torah and the obligation to observe mitzvot. It is seen as an ontological distinction that mandates a life of holiness and separation from certain pagan practices, serving as a priestly role for humanity.

Conservative Judaism

The Conservative movement emphasizes chosenness as a historical and spiritual responsibility rather than innate biological superiority. Its 1988 Statement of Principles frames election as a call to build a just society and uphold the covenant, often interpreting it as a functional role to promote ethical values in the modern world.

Reform Judaism

Historically, early Reform Judaism de-emphasized or rejected the literal notion of a chosen people to align with universalist ideals. However, since the 1970s, the movement has reaffirmed a sense of unique mission, viewing the Jewish people as "chosen" to witness to the Divine and cooperate with all humanity to establish justice and peace, rather than holding a status of exclusive favor.

Reconstructionist Judaism

In contrast, Reconstructionist Judaism, founded by Mordecai Kaplan, largely rejects the concept of a supernatural chosenness, viewing it as ethically problematic in a modern democratic context. Instead, it focuses on Jewish peoplehood and culture without the claim of divine election.

Orthodox Conservative Reform Judaism views on chosenness

Historical and Philosophical Interpretations

Throughout history, Jewish philosophers have offered diverse explanations for why the Jewish people were chosen:

Judah Halevi (Medieval): Argued in the Kuzari that Jews possess an innate "divine faculty" or spiritual genetic trait that allows for a unique connection to God and prophecy.

Maimonides (Medieval): Rationalized chosenness as a result of Abraham's intellectual discovery of monotheism. The covenant was a consequence of this philosophical breakthrough, passed down to his descendants who maintained the tradition.

Modern Thought: Contemporary thinkers often view chosenness as a "burden" that explains Jewish survival and resilience through centuries of persecution. It is seen as a psychological and spiritual mechanism that fostered a strong communal identity and a commitment to literacy and ethics, contributing to disproportionate Jewish achievements in various fields despite their small numbers.

The Chosen People and these times.

If the below is true. How will God deal with the bankers putting the worlds other people into slavery through financial manipulation and what most are calling the genocide of Gods other human creations?

''In Jewish tradition, the term "chosen people" refers to the belief that the Jewish people entered into a unique covenant with God, not to signify ethnic superiority, but to accept a specific set of 613 commandments and moral responsibilities. This selection is viewed as a burden of obligation rather than a privilege, requiring Jews to serve as a "light unto the nations" by exemplifying ethical monotheism and justice.

The effect on non-Jews is generally understood to be one of universal moral inclusion rather than exclusion. Judaism teaches that non-Jews are not required to follow Jewish law but are instead bound by the Seven Noahide Laws, a basic universal moral code that includes prohibitions against murder, theft, and idolatry. According to Jewish theology, all righteous people of any nation are entitled to a share in the World to Come, meaning non-Jews are not damned or irrelevant but have their own valid path to spiritual reward.'

While the concept has historically been misunderstood by outsiders as implying Jewish supremacy, internal Jewish texts emphasize that chosenness imposes greater accountability and stricter judgment on Jews for their actions. The covenant is also not racially exclusive; non-Jews can join it through conversion, at which point they assume the same obligations as born Jews, further decoupling the concept from racial ideology.''

Unofficial lineageos for one plus open

Years ago I did a couple installs, its really all Greek to me but I did several phones successfully. Just followed to procedure.

Github terrifies me, its way out of my knowledge base. But I do want to do this; https://xdaforums.com/t/rom-unofficial-lineageos-21-for-oneplus-open.4744553/

I've been reviewing an install on a different one plus, assuming that the install of the unofficial will be the same. But I never was able to comprehend how to obtain something like this or anything else for that matter from github.

So, I'm asking for conformation that what I said about install of the unauthorized oneplus open follows the same structure as an authorized version. And if so, how do I download the unofficial from github.

Near death experience's

The Faith warns against cultivating psychic faculties or seeking visions and dreams, as the Guardian has stated these can weaken spiritual capacities. While Baha'is believe the soul continues after death, the focus is on inner spiritual development through prayer, service, and study rather than seeking supernatural or near-death experiences.

But this says nothing about learning from others nude's?

From my study I see a huge correlation between Baha'u'llah and NDE'S!

Its nice to see the same guidance as said by Baha'u'llah. Such as there is no hell, there isn't any judgment.

Baha'u'llah's Maid of Heaven, while in the cave prisons its an exact description of the Being of Light most everyone sees and communicates with.

If we study most all of Gods Prophets. It becomes clear they all did the exact same thing. They isolated, fasted, chanted, prayed, meditated to pierce the Veil.

Buddha, Moses, Jesus, Mohammad, Swedenborg, many more.
