What rituals or routines are y'all doing for back to school?

I am a family law attorney. I recently got back discovery where opposing party (she signed it, not her lawyer) stated she is receiving SNAP and Medicaid benefits for herself and her two minor children. This lady only gets 8 hours of visitation on Saturdays and Sundays. No overnights.

How is she eligible for Medicaid and SNAP benefits for them? She gets over $300 a month from SNAP.

I'm in the deep south. They hate benefits fraud here.

I want to see what she lied about on her application so I can bring it up at the next hearing on custody and child support modification. She filed for more time after our client sought child support.

Is the best way to just subpoena it?

What are you doing with toys? How are you setting up your kid's space? I've got bins of toys on the floor. I need to downsize that stuff and want to redo with a bunk bed (he wants a fort).

I have switched over to family law. Boss man plans to retire in a few years and me take over. I want to start generating my own business. I don't have any social media (beyond an anonymous tiktok and this account). We don't have a marketing team or budget. There is a firm Facebook page that gets holiday posts.

Should I make an account in their name? I have an account and want to fill out the application but the questions are directed toward me (how many dependents did you claim on taxes - I can't put 0).
