Idk if it's just a Switch Online issue (I heard there were problems, but never saw anyone specify what).

I jump at a wall and jump again and Mario doesnt even try to walljump, just falls down the wall. I try jumping and sometimes he just doesnt and I fall down. I try backflipping and he just jumps weirdly backwards and then when he lands starts sliding on sth and falling down... It feels like there's a huge delay in my inputs and Mario moving incredibly sluggish.

I hope it's just an issue with Nintendo Switch Online and they fix it, but so far I am really not enjoying this game, even though I wish I would :x

Altissia is so beautiful oh my god! Just seeing it from afar, slowly driving towards it with the boat... My jaw just dropped. I'm incredibly excited to explore this citys every nook and cranny!

I just unlocked the field. Is there and way to use more of the plots on it later on? I can only use a tiny portion of the entire field

I am playing on the Windows version and have the "Tidal Might Leviathan" lure. It says it's working for every water type and fish, however some dont seem to want to bite. Am I missing something here?

I'm in chapter 5 and level 43ish. I've been using the same weapons for the majority of the game and have yet to find a merchant or any drop having better stats than them. Will there be more stronger weapons getting unlocked sometime later or is the majority of stats coming from the jewelry? The hunter missions say stuff in the mid level 20s are "hard" (red icon instead of yellow icon) and I do agree kinda starting at around level 30ish, even though I'm alot higher than them.

I'm quite new to Final Fantasy overall and am trying to understand what weapon types do physical and what do magical damage. Ofc the magic attacks get scaled by the magic damage stat (the wand icon) but I don't know if it just affects that. Are there weapon types that are also doing magical damage?

E.g. the one-handed sword does physical damage but does the gun aswell or are those "magic projectiles" getting stronger by increasing the magic damage stat?

I remember a grim, dark looking first person roguelike (or -lite?) I played at Gamescom in 2022 or 2023 (at the very latest 2024).

It had some sort of Western feeling as I remember the character having some sort of cowboy hat and a revolver. It is definitely not Evil West, but a small indie project.

I think there may also have been some sort of town you could upgrade (if I remember the conversation with the developers correctly, so take that with a grain of salt).

It had a very dark colorscheme, mostly and shades of darkish gray. It was in an adults only area (aka the game was rated 18+)

I just started playing the game and the constant panting / loud vocal breathing is really disorientating me. Is there a way to remove it without turning off the entire dialogue (read online you had to turn that off, was that changed maybe since then? Those posts are all over 6 years ago).

Dungeons have been dead for a long time outside of Dungeon Rushes and that's kind of sad. The rewards usually aren't that good, however it's the first introduction to group content for many players.

With the influx of players, would you think updating the Dungeons to become more worth while would be a good idea?

I used one purple shotgun throughout most of the game so far. It does 74*9 damage, accuracy is 63.9 and firerate is 0.7. It has +167% dmg, +150% melee-dmg and 2.2x Zoom as modifiers. It is level 13 and only has 2 ammo capacity.

I just got a different purple shotgun that only has 58*9 dmg, 52.1 accuracy, 0.8 firerate and possible explosions. 3.6x zoom and -3% knockback. It is level 23 and has 6 ammo capacity.

Now I wonder. Is my level 13 weapon still better than that? Did I get a "godroll" quite early on in the game or am I misunderstanding something about the weapon system? I just turned level 30.

Some maps have them, e.g. the entire SotO Maps, however in JW they don't work at all. Why are they sometimes available in some maps but then in others they aren't?

I just bought the Switch remake and am currently debating wether I should leave Y-Axis Inversion on. I know it would be more "accurate" to keep ot inverted but I kinda prefer the non-inverted. Does the Inversion feel better if you keep it on or should I just go with what my gut says and keep it off?

Today while fixing a different issue (before having done any changes) I booted into BIOS to check stuff out, but didn't change anything there. I left it (with no changes but by pressing Save and Exit) and after that I recieved the error "IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL" which was caused by "dc1 controller.sys".

After googleing a bunch I figured out it had to do with the XBOX controller driver I have installed for my official XBOX Controller for Windows (I think it's an XBOX One Controller? Defo newer than a 360 controller) .

Now here's the weird part: If I leave the controller unplugged during startup the PC starts completely fine and when I plug my controller in after booting it also works without any issue. It only seems to crash when it boots while the Controller is plugged in. It used to work fine before so I don't fully understand what could suddenly cause this to happen.

Has anyone ever experienced something similar or knows of ways to fix it? The dc1-controller.sys file in my System32\drivers has not had any changes recently so I'm not fully sure why it starts being an issue now

Something akin to Colony 6 from 1 or the BLADE Barracks in X (or technically NLA). 2 kinda had that with the warehouse in Argentum where you often returned for Blade Quests but it would be awesome to get back "Home" after a long day of adventuring and just having a chill area to relax in, maybe even customizable / upgradeable like the Barracks in X / Colony 6 in 1
