So for people who haven’t seen the OG post, my ex friend gave me a shattered deer skull he sawed the antler off of, and I really hated the look of the sawed skull because it felt weirdly disrespectful to me to take from the body and then discard the rest like trash? Like you only took the things you wanted and left it disfigured.

So I went searching for a branch to attach to the skull to make it look like the deer grew a branch instead of antlers! I found the perfect branch on the way back from my trail after no luck, and so far it looks great! I’m gonna saw down the branch to fit flush against it and I’ll fasten faux leaves to the branch to make it look better. Thoughts on the position of the branch? I tried to make it look natural and I think I did it justice.

An ex-friend of mine gave me a shattered deer skull he found at the base of a tree, and judging from the marks on the skull I think it’s safe to say it fell out of a cougar cache. He ended up sawing off the antler and keeping it for himself, and I’ve just been overall unhappy with the skull since I got it. It’s something about how he sawed it, how it looks ‘touched by man’ instead of being it’s natural state, so I’ve decided I’m going to ‘fix’ it or at least make it worthy of displaying.

I’m going to find a branch, sterilize it, carve it to the right shape and attach it to the missing antler post, almost like a tree is growing off the deer if that makes sense? I think this is going to turn out awesome but what are y’all’s thoughts? The last picture is a crude sketch of what I’m planning, I hope this works out.

Just managed to get the right amount of candies for Rocky Road here, which one should I evolve her into?

Size and face doesn’t really matter but where could I find a plushie that has a pose like this? I guess this would be called the cat sphinx pose lol. Plushie patterns would also be appreciated! I’m just looking for something before I end up making my own.

This is my third round Garchomp plushie! I brought him to high school today and he’s very silly.

So one of my teachers very irresponsibly brought a ton of kittens to school and just gave them away to some kids and teachers. I have one on my lap right now and I’m not sure what to do because he didn’t give her to me. She’s got no food and she’s been at the school all day, but at least she has water. She’s almost certainly going to a home that won’t give her the proper medicine and things she needs, and she’s covered in fleas. If I run with her they’ll know I took her, and I can’t consult any of the teachers here because they’re working on calling animal control on the teacher that brought her here. I just feel so horrible, she’s so sweet and she loves me but I can’t exactly run away with her, what do I do?

Edit: I should clarify she’s not my kitten, she’s being given to another also irresponsible teacher who I’m afraid won’t take care of her. If I run they’ll know it’s me because I’ve expressed concern for her all day and I’m scared they’ll call someone to come take her back and put her into my teacher’s care again. She’s the baby of a barn cat so she’s probably full of parasites and bugs :(

UPDATE!! I went to the office with her and we figured something out. We called my mom and she said we definitely can’t keep her, so a different teacher who knows a family currently looking for a kitten is taking her straight to the vet. I’ll miss her but I already have 2 cats, and now she’s going to get all cleaned up and taken to a new loving family that doesn’t keep her in a crate filled with spiders.

I’ll probably never see her again, but I gave her the nickname Muffin, because shes the size of a little muffin. Maybe we’ll meet again someday, but I hope her new family loves her well!

This is what a fully rendered drawing from me looks like compared to one of my doodles, obviously there’s a huge difference lol. In addition, how could I improve my rendered art? I do have those fancy pencils but they’re not with me rn lol so sorry if the shadows look flat. I’ve studied animal anatomy for a long time to be able to draw them from different perspectives, but I mainly specialize in cats and animals of the same nature, so what should be my next anatomy study?

I drew these out in class today and I just realized that if someone was to just see these drawings would they think I’m like 8? This is one of my art styles and it’s how I get ideas out really fast, but I definitely don’t draw like this all the time. I mainly use this for posting because when I actually put effort into my art the guidelines of the base sketch make the whole drawing look like a scribble on camera, it’s really annoying ngl. I use these more “clean” lines for shitposts and memes I want people to actually see and know what they’re looking at lol, and I was wondering if it came across as scribbles or something?

To sum things up, does this specific art style of mine look low quality or like careless lines at a glance?

I have a Garchomp plush thats named after a buddy I had in Pokemon Go, and whenever I drew Fernando I always gave him a red scarf, so now I’m thinking about adding a scarf to my Garchomp plushie. Should I go for it? It’s not a permanent customization, it’s just something I can tie around his neck, but I’m worried for some reason lol.

I have a few Pokemon plushies and I feel like this is how they would interact lol, Fernando looks mean.

I’m purely posting this out of curiosity, but I have a Third Round Garchomp plushie that I got for 40$ Canadian at a mall, and I love him dearly so I’m not looking to sell him lol. What are the average prices for one of these guys? I’ve seen them go from 40$ to 250$ and that seems like a pretty big price margin lol, mine is called Fernando and he’s been all over Vancouver Island with me! He’s in the first pic.

He was 40$ Canadian and he’s about a foot tall if that helps, and he’s very nice quality! Extremely durable but a bit clunky to snuggle lol, he’s very stiff. I’ve named him Fernando and I’ve had him for a few years now at this point, he’s my child and I bring him everywhere.

Edit: found the brand! He’s 3rd Round, which is apparently known for high quality Pokemon plushies and they are official! Prices are usually much steeper than what I got mine for so I got lucky somehow, I also have a Flareon plush from them that’s kinda deformed.

I can finally post normal pics of Cinnamon instead of being worried about her! YIPPEEEE! The last 2 are from a power outage we had where I had to cuddle her because her heating shut off, a very well behaved noodle :3

The nonsensical nicknames are variations of a nickname my friend gave her late pet gerbil, such as Geeble and Snooble, both mispronunciations of gerbil and his name. My whole friend group started calling their pets the weird names by replacing the first 2 letters of Geeble with the pet’s species lol, I highly recommend it, very fun to say. Boople Snoople is my own creation, based off Boop Snoot :3

I’m making some cat figurines and I have the option of adding glass eyes compared to normal eyes, should I go for it? It would look awesome but it would take longer unfortunately. I’ve sculpted cats before so it won’t take insanely long, probably adding an hour to my process while waiting for the paint on the eyes to dry.

I haven’t seen the anime so my bad if this is actually shown in the show lol, but is there like a random love counter in eevees that evolves them into Sylveon? Expertly illustrated by me, I swear I know what a Sylveon looks like, I glanced at one for like 10 seconds lol
