I was asked to upload again with the pics the right way around, so here we are

I’m 36 so I’ve started to see some fine lines around my eyes, the forehead lines I’ve always had.
Been using tret around 8 months, I’ve recently dropped down to x2 a week, I was doing x4 a week but my skin never seemed to tolerate that frequency, lots of peeling and an inflamed skin barrier. I have quite reactive skin with rosacea so I have to be careful what I use. The Anua products have been very gentle on my skin and I’ve had no issues.

Morning -

Anua heartleaf cleansing water
Anua 70+ rice toner
Simple moisturiser

Evening -
Byoma cleansing balm
Anua heartleaf cleansing water
Red light mask
Anua 70+ rice toner
Anua Azelaic acid
Anua 3+ moisturiser

2x a week I swap out the Azelaic acid for tret. Can I use these on the same day instead ? What issues do you see with my skin?

Edit - forgot to mention my spf. I use beauty of josean probiotic 50+ spf, use it daily without fail, even if I don’t leave the house.

About 8 months of tret

Morning -

Anua heartleaf cleansing water
Anua rice toner
Simple moisturiser

Evening -

Red light mask
Byoma cleansing balm
Anya heartleaf cleansing water
Anua Azelaic acid
Anua moisturiser

Mondays and Tuesday I use tret and then the other days is when I use the Azelaic acid.

My skin was so very bad with hormonal acne so I have a lot of scarring, other than that, does my skin look like it’s working ?

New house, new garden

Really enjoying seeing what plants pop up. The previous owners, bless them, were here 55 years and really loved their garden. I’m not very experienced only previously having a small terraced garden with a couple of borders, so feel a little overwhelmed here. Any tips ? There are a few shrubs that look dead/diseased, do we just cut it all right back ?!

What else can we do? Other than move house

For some reasons the wood pigeons have decided they want to sit on the net of the trampoline and use it as their toilet. It’s been there since Jan and have only in the last couple of weeks taken a liking to it. I’ve jet washed it and within a couple of days it’s like this again… now I love seeing the birds but I’m starting to get a bit pissed off with it ! They are sitting on the spikes, I thought it was supposed to deter them ?!

Edit - If some people don’t have genuine advice to give and just wants to be a snob/miserable about a kids garden toy then kindly move on, if you’ve nothing nice to say…

I’m in the uk. I use tret on my face x2 a week but whenever I’ve used it on my neck I get awful irritation, red and itchy, so I was thinking maybe I could use Adapalene on my neck and chest instead ?

I know nothing about exercise btw.

I am 5.4ft and currently weigh 154 pounds. I’ve lost a few pounds recently being in a calorie deficit, I have pcos which I take metformin for and also strongly suspect diasatis recti, sorry probably spelt wrong.

I need some advice on how to safely build my core back up to what it was pre children. I’ve got 3 kids, had 2 of those within 16 months and also had 2 c sections, so my body has took a bashing.

I would love some advice/help on what I can realistically do to change my body. I can’t live in it anymore, I literally hate looking in the mirror and seeing fat.

In a 70l pot for the next couple of years until I’m able to plant it at the back of the house. I’ve just ordered a moisture meter off amazon, are they accurate ?
