Calling Mahua Moitra a “fighter for democracy” completely destroys whatever credibility CJP is trying to build. This is the same person who allegedly filed FIRs under non bailable sections against critics, made dismissive remarks about Bengal’s industrial future, and downplayed Gujarat’s contribution to India’s freedom struggle despite leaders like Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel and Mahatma Gandhi coming from there.

If this is the kind of leadership CJP celebrates, then their idea of democracy seems more about selective outrage than actual democratic values. Supporting free speech and accountability should apply to everyone, not just political allies.

I genuinely hope more people start calling this out instead of blindly cheering it on. Share this post, upvote it, and let others see the kind of political PR being pushed in the name of “democracy.” Turning figures like Mahua Moitra into symbols of democratic values despite their own controversial actions feels like a complete joke to Indian democracy.

To many of us, this looks less like activism and more like an attempt to exploit the CJI’s remarks and build a political image that appeals to misguided young voters through selective narratives and online propaganda.

Playing with careers and life of students especially in an environment like India where people think marks are everything CBSE should not have done this. Anyway at least something is better than nothing. I will be forever grateful to my parents for not putting me in a cbse school.

Now they will start noticing AQI and pollution problems. The BJP hasn't even assumed office yet 😂😂😂
