I’ve been here a while and comment a lot, so I hope people know I’m not just ranting for attention.

I keep wondering: why are people so unkind to OPs?

People come to Reddit to vent, to ask for advice, to get a different perspective. A huge part of that is because we’re anonymous. No one knows your name, your job, your friends. You’re supposed to be able to be honest without getting judged to hell for it.

But lately I’ve seen so many posts where OPs get piled on for no reason. It’s not even controversial posts. Sometimes it’s just someone being vulnerable or asking a normal question.

I had this happen to me too in another sub. My post wasn’t controversial at all. But I got a bunch of angry comments from people who basically wanted me to agree with their opinion on life. Like, if I didn’t match their worldview, I deserved to be talked down to.

If someone wanted to be roasted or judged, they could go on any other app for that. That’s not why most people come here.

Can we not just… be kind? Be non-judgmental?🤷🤷

I'm so overwhelmed and negative right now whatever I try it doesn't seem to work out for me and you stop losing hope and things keep getting worse 😭

So I have a problem,the people around me especially the men around me give me a lot of ick especially men from South Asia including my own country and I seriously don't feel attracted towards them like not any sexual/Physical attraction,I am more inclined towards other countries and races ,so what can I do and I can't right now visit those countries so like I really don't want to marry one of the men here,and if my parents force me to look for someone from the country,what should I do has any other girl been through this?

I was watching a TikTok where some guys described they would love to have a girl like the one in obsession movie ,like both guys and girls should know that it's not possible for someone to spend their lives with a person like that,It is some kind of immaturity ofc,but is it some trauma or something wrong with people having this kind of preference and liking Dark romance and all!?

I have been in a phase of indecisiveness for some time in my life.It is getting super hard for me to even decide what to wear,what to eat ranging from small to big matters in my life,Has anyone been through this like I can't even reply a yes or no when someone asks me about anything and I always have to ask for others opinion in everything so tired if it 🙂‍↕️I want a solution.
