Heres Takumi, just like with Robin I decided to include the possesed version as the Shadow form.
For his Base form I gave him dragon wings and a Corrin dragon ear from her shadow form art. I also gave him a Dragontone to hold which I think really suits with his official artwork reaching his hand out.
For the Shadow form I wanted it to be a sorta uncanny valley with Anankos' eyes starting to manifest all over his clothes/face. Also dragon form attributes like the shadow corrin wing, and a tail
Got any thoughts or other ideas for this one?

This set is a very fun set! I think the quality themselves of the winners are really, really good. While I am a tiny disappointed in the school outfit choice for Tsubasa, I think the art is so great in itself it made it my favorite

Here's Freyja I didn't really have any good idea what to add to her base form so I just added some flair in the background sorta representing a mix of dreams/nightmare
Her Shadow form would be a Butterfly with a singular eye to represent the butterfly design she has on her dress. I also added a sort of hazy eye in the background to learn more towards uncanny for nightmare theme
Got any thoughts or other ideas for her here?
I don't think I have seen a full on list for the songs this boss theme takes from and I especially had trouble at one part identifying the song. Would like to give/gather to represent it
Here's Sylvain and I thought it would be maybe a bit too simplistic to just go with beast-like and then transform into the Beast his brother does so I added a sorta layer to it. Here he can have any Crest, and all designs would show up as designs on his clothes for base form and on the beast form, glowing + with added hero relics to add to to him welding. I also tried to give more red glowing eyes but it doesn't look uncanny as I hoped
This one is one of those on the out there side but wanted to try it at least, I do wonder if any Shadow form will refrain from out right not giving a character beast/mech aspects for their Base at least?
I say only *some since this game is probably one of the most loaded with beautiful and talented artworks by so many artists and styles it's hard to just narrow it down and my opinions and perspectives constantly change due to it
Even my Top 3 here aren't set-in-stone, and #4-#10 are not necessarily in a set order after Ratatoskr, my placements can easily change for all them here, even with other art not included
-------------
[# 1 ] I do think I can say Legendary Sigurd does have my consistently favorite overall art quality especially in his default portrait as I think the glimmering and ethereal aesthetic to it just cannot be beat, it really looks beautiful to me and really sets this Alt as being super important.
[#2] The default Shadows Lyn art is actually my favorite of the 4 of her set! Nothing really special in terms of aesthetics or anything, I just genuinely think the colors, and texture of quality overall make a really great art piece, and I think Lyn looks really cool in this style, probably my favorite style for Lyn.
[#3] Ninian's art here is a reason why I got so invested into FEH as a whole. Her base art holds a special place in my heart for that, and I remember thinking "I have to get her" when I didn't really have much experience in gachas, and starting out the game overall more than 6+ years ago as a teenager. Her art here was even my phone wallpaper at some point too. I just think the bright light blue colors and overall lightness of the aesthetic/artstyle really makes it ethereal in a way too, that's why I was drawn to get her as she seemed very important
[#4] Ratatoskr has my favorite Book Protagonist design and her art here helps! I just find her overall design adorable and the colors clash so well. I've posted about her design in past and it hasn't changed, I think the nurse/maid-like theme, even in unintentional, is really unique and nice!
[#5] Mage Eirika's art is a unit I didn't really pay any mind for the first half of my time with FEH. I think it was later on when I was older I really appreciated the artwork. This artwork seems very well-put together and woah I am still in awe, it just seems like so much detail like her art piece compared to other's seems gigantic when compared to other art pieces in the game like it covers the whole screen or seemed like it had to zoomed out to fit
[#6] I actually don't like Brave Eikthyrnir's attacking/damaged artworks or his default art as much as this one I think of course, they are also very great but I wouldn't put them as like a Top 10. Here, I just think the perspective in detail is great, it really feels like he's going for an attack and the colors clashing is great with the Green special aura that shows up
[#7] Cheerleader Corrin is one of my favorites in recent releases. I just think the artstyle really suits Corrin a lot, and I find it very adorable! It really just oozes happiness and I like how despite monochromatic the design is in outfit it still has a colorful way to it with the confetti and pom poms + light color use for artstyle
[#8] Like Lyn, there's not too much to it to point out. I just think the quality of the art in itself is very fantastic, and does Chloe 200% justice in giving her a proper 2D artwork as Engage only had her Pact Ring as 2D illustrations of her
[#9] I think I remember just being in almost awe how great Freyja looked as her design + quality of art was so amazing and unique. I've never really seen a design like this before and it really cemented her as "important" + interesting design in itself right away. Her base form art is still my favorite
[#10] Young Marth's artwork just oozes so much positivity, and the light glow that surrounds him from Thor's blessing I think suits him the best out of all the young version characters. There's just so much character to the pose he was given + expression, it's an adorable artwork!

Feel free to list your own and why's, I guess art really is really a Important aspect for Heroes and a reason why I'm glad Heroes has gone on for so long, always happy to see a new batch of units due to getting new art

Here's Male Alear, I do want to make female Alear a different concept more so with the mech theme they've been giving dragons
I thought his Promoted outfit here would fit perfectly with the feathered dragon form and not only that, the dragon having two sides of Light and Dark would suit Alear a lot too I think. I also think refraining from giving him any animalistic features on his base form work with the Shadow motivation/Alear not transforming at all in Engage
[Disclaimer] Like with Engage's Datamined ages, please take the ages with a grain of salt since Datamine does not always mean 100% true.
---------------
Like post says above, the ages here only listed in the game's code and does not appear or is stated in-game with the exception of Berkut's (sort of). I'm not sure on this but I think these listed ages do impact if a character is able to drink alcohol beverages or something but it's been so long since I've seen any note of that so if anyone could verify that'd be great
Emma's age is only listed from cipher content so her age might be different in Echoes and Berkut has no definite age just said to be the same age as Alm, but the dialogue might be different in Japanese or meant not literally, like just similar in age. Rinea or Fernand have no listed ages
If there's any mistakes or add-ons, like always I'm up to hear them and I'll edit anything needed here in the post
[*Like always credit to both FE Wiki org + Serenesforest for all age sources/images]

Here's Lysethia, for her base form I just added the tail from the dragon form and the Shadow form is this Dragon which I think really fits the color aesthetic of Lysethia's purples on her clothes. A pretty simple one for design wise this time but I do like it for her
Any other ideas or thought for this one?

Marked as NSFW since I believe Akudama Drive should only be for 18+ audiences due to content. Hi there, in leading up to Danganronpa 2 x 2 I thought it would be a perfect time to discuss all the Danganronpa-adjacent projects made by the same people! Not every staff member is always involved but many Writers, Composers, and Artists always return for these projects like Masafumi Takada for music, etc.
*These will be spoiler-free as possible!
The aims of these discussion posts will be to garner interest in you yourself checking out these projects as you are most likely a fan of Danganronpa if you're here, compare it to Danganronpa, and other warnings or discussions regarding it such as Trigger Warnings as these projects are usually Disturbing Horror too
[DISCLAIMERS] Now, before I begin I would like to say, yes I do acknowledge these are *not supposed to be Danganronpa but the team behind these projects do like to use many basic tropes, artstyles, and story telling elements. It should also be noted the team doesn't seem offended if you compare it to Danganronpa from what I've seen. However these projects are all so unique in their own ways, it's hard to really say "Yep this just Danganronpa!" No - even with Rain Code and Last Defense Academy, those games still have their own unique identity.

[GENRE] Action, Mystery, Sci-fi, Adventure
[FORMAT] Anime, 12 Episodes Subbed and Dubbed; Manga adaptation
[Age Rating] I would say 18+ this does not hold back in violence and overall content
[⚠️For caution, here are Descriptions of Disturbing Scenes ahead, please be advised these are very disturbing so Trigger/ Warning for every subject ahead, including gore and suggestive topics (They are Spoiler-Free just has the Spoiler Markings to block in advance) Minors please do not watch show or read this ⚠️]
• >!A female character kills innocent doctors, then impales herself with the scalpel used to kill in her private area!<
• >!2 Main characters, including a child, are cornered by human traffickers, who talk about "selling" and "value" and "drugging/tying up" of them including towards the child. Nothing actually ends up happening regarding that, at most they are held down to prevent them from escaping, but overall it is still an extremely uncomfortable scene!<
• Overall major violence, blood, limbs being cut, and decapitations are shown throughout

[REVIEW/Comparison:] This is a great, fast paced anime! I enjoyed thoroughly back when I first watched it in around 2021 and am rewatching it right now. It is by no means a sophisticated written show, but its really good and it keeps you hooked with what's going on and there is always something happening. I really like the protagonist this time, usually they are teenagers but this protagonist, and most of the cast, is an adult which is refreshing. The designs of the main cast like always are interesting, and one is straight up Beta Shuichi. One thing I found odd is they just straight up aren't given names. They are only given either Codenames or basic descriptions as "names" Like our protagonist is literally called "Ordinary Person" / "Citizen". I feel like it's cool on paper, but it really doesn't help to like market or give a proper identity outside of the series. Just like Danganronpa there is a robot Mascot that is being controlled. And wouldn't you know it's being controlled by someone else And is a main reason why the cast goes on their adventure. I will say, it's interesting how small this cast is compared to every single other work. It does feel nice to only have have a small amount of characters this time and I actually enjoyed my time with them. The show is more about the story, than characters, but they are interesting enough and I like how they slowly start to form a sorta familiarity between them, despite them all being cruel and apathetic to a degree, except Swindler. Also this one of the few Kodaka/Komatzusaki projects that takes itself fully seriously, it has extremely little to no comedy elements at all. I feel like in terms of general mood, this is what DISTRUST was aiming for, and especially more so with how bleak and violent it can get. Ironically the aesthetic of this anime is very bright and animated! It's gorgeous and it clearly ended up influence, or was influenced by Tribe Nine and Rain Code, and maybe even Last Defense. I highly recommend this anime for any other Danganronpa fan who's an adult - just be wary of how disturbing it can get. Still I had a fun time, and I'm sad how little recognition it got. And yes, characters, including main cast members do die, just like Danganronpa so there's that aspect.
[FINAL RATING] 9.0/10

How will Rain Code make Danganronpa 2 x 2 more enjoyable?
Rain Code and Danganronpa from our understanding takes place in completely different universes and has little to no references about Danganronpa
The only 2 ways I can think of is:
Or (Most Likely)
I didn't notice all these similarities myself, some from reading other user's comments here
I guess this would be up to if it takes place before Three Houses. Could also be descendants and alike, I wonder if any characters will be directly stated to be related to the characters we know or not till they're added to Heroes

imagine she promotes, and ends up with something even more than them combined lol

The description for each ability in post above, they are mostly straightforward in what they do I hope they're not too convulted
I randomly generated the 5 Pokemon to give abilities to, I originally got Salazzle but I couldn't come up with anything too well + maybe would be better to have another non-poison type
Mostly read their Dex entries across the franchise and gave them these, hopefully they are at least interesting to have on them each
For Kleavor, the Bug type loss is only active when being hit by a move, it will regain it during when attacking and not in combat

For base form I chose mainly the Dark version of her outfit as I think that would suit very well with Shadows. I simply added her Dragon accessory from one of her alts from FEH
For her Shadow form, since she also has Dragon blood, I wanted to use this unused Beta concept artwork of Corrin's dragon form. I just think the design is great in itself, I saw it when someone posted it on reddit. Sadly, the only image of it online is scanned and good quality in itself but it resulted in being very pixelated/many photographic patterns on it I had to edit it down myself to post transparent somewhat here for the Shadow form also It can easily affect anyone sensitive to like patterns, etc as a warning
Any thoughts or ideas for Azura's shadow concept?
