This is an issue I often wonder about. I’d love to make downtown space more walkable, for example. But insofar as a city lacks the money to buy brownfields or old buildings and do the development themselves, how do municipalities attract developers to create spaces with their vision in mind?

Like many, I care deeply about college football’s most sacred conference: the Mid American Conference. 

Football was not meant to be played for fun. It was meant to be played in unbearable, near comical conditions in random Midwestern towns with multiple Culver’s. This is a truth. 

With that in mind, I was disappointed to see that a lesser known school near Eastern Michigan University (the University of Michigan) had scheduled a two game home series with Central Michigan in a few years. This is simply embarrassing. CMU, known as the Harvard of Mount Pleasant, deserves to host their in-state opponent. You, like me, probably agree with this statement. Unfortunately, Michigan has a history of dodging MAC opponents.

2022: Hosted UConn (not MAC, but you get it)

I can only come to the conclusion that the idea of being exposed in Toledo on a Tuesday evening is too much for this institution to bear. You might say they have no incentive. I say that the “Leaders and Best” shouldn’t duck Bowling Green. Thank you for your attention to this matter. 

Crowley with no debate. You cannot seriously say that Wisconsin would be better with Tiffany than with Crowley. You have two choices, and while that can be deflating, it’s true. He’s a fundamentally decent human being and will be a governor who cares about Wisconsin.

Hello, fellow New Yorkers. I am a recent arrival from the old country (Kansas) and I just watched “The Godfather”. I feel that it’s only appropriate to become a made man now that I’m in the Big Apple (I live in Hoboken).

I would love any advice on how to break into this business. For reference, I have excellent proficiency at Microsoft Office and SQL. Given my experience, can I apply directly to “boss” positions, or do I need to set my sights on more entry level position?  I am a team player, a fast learner and passionate about B2B sales. Any tips for breaking into the industry are appreciated, my fellow paisans.
