Do I need to give her a trim?
Not sure if it should be growing so long

Not sure if it should be growing so long
I may have found a format that worked
Just wanted to share as I’m excited
I wanted to start using the butcher more, got this chunk of beef, but don’t want to eat steak as would prefer something to batch cook.
And also no idea how to prepare so I just slice chunks off it ? Stirfry?
Can I cook it whole?
Slice one steak off it but cook the rest?
Stew?
Any help appreciated
Just bought a piece of tech on vinted for 50 quid that’s easily worth 300. And boxed as well. It was listed for 5 minutes. Almost feel bad for the seller and feel I should say something.
Years ago I pulled a muscle in my back. I was in Shanghai at the time and went to a massage place and this old geezer just kind of pushed/kneaded the muscle with his thumbs for about 60 mins until it felt like it was almost bruised. The next morning it was perfect.
Two days ago I pulled a muscle in my shoulder and I would love to find a proper TCM here that understands how to untangle the muscle, any suggestions ?
We’re scheduled to have tests and IVF in September : October.
I feel excited at times that it will work.
I also am so nervous at times that it won’t.
Anyone have any advice on this?
I just got monetised today , thought the Adsense was failing for copyright reasons but turns out it was a duplicate account issue. So this is exciting.
As you can see most videos are not eligible as they have copyright.
I’m now going to lean more into content that doesn’t use copyright, and make some videos that are more storytelling. I will still do the sampling format and know they will never be monetised , even though they are transformative it’s still fun content. And it’s what my subscribers signed up for.
Can I have both styles of videos on my page? Any risk?
So I ripped up astroturf and was procrastinating what to do. I had bought clover seeds. The other morning my neighbour had leftover rolls of turf so I took them and put some down. I didn’t have time to prep the top soil or add compost but it looks fairly lush. Then I decided to put down the clover seeds just to see and they’re growing now.
So it’s a bit patchwork I’m still wondering if I’ll just buy more turf to lay down, but for now it’s better than AstroTurf 😎😎
Hi all, I bought a ground floor flat in a two-flat Victorian building in south east london. My upstairs neighbour and I are both on board to jointly purchase the freehold. Both leases have around 106 years remaining and ground rent is £250 a year.
We’ve been paying around £2,200 each per year in service charges (£4,400 total for the building) and in the time I’ve owned the flat nothing has been done, no maintenance, no works, nothing. The managing agent has been evasive when challenged on this. They’ve been silent since we paid after promising to fix the path.
I got the title from gov and can see that the freeholder and the managing agent appear to operate from the same address, which was never disclosed to us. Seems a bit dodgy, and when I asked they said the freeholder wasn’t interested in selling, which I think is now them.
I understand we have a right to purchase regardless of whether the freeholder wants to sell, so we want to push ahead.
Does anyone have a recommended solicitor specialising in collective enfranchisement, ideally with experience in London or south London generally?
Any experience of what the freehold itself cost to purchase in similar situations?
