Was zum F?!

Was zum F?!

Constant RX Loss AIR65/75 ELRS RM Pocket

I got this issue with both Air65II & AIR75II

Radiomaster Pocket ELRS 3.3.1 LBT,

Tried packet rates 50-250hz, Output 25-50hz (any higher and RXLOSS aswell)

AIO is fine, antenna too, solderjoint is flawless

Lowered baudrate in internal module settings.

Model match off.

Happens every 15-20sec, rapid RXLOSS, then reconnect, repeat.

It's random sometimes this goes on forever, then again everything is fine for 3 or 4 packs.

I don't have this issue with my Nazgul or Jeno25 and use the same controller with those aswell.

Please help, it's driving me insane!

RX: ELRS TX: Radiomaster pocket.

VTX: DJI O4 & Flywoo Wide Angle Kit

Battery: Tattu 550mah 2S

Pls help me identify whats going on.

Fnirsi HS-03

Bought the new model as soon as I saw it on Aliexpress.

Didn't have too high hopes since it's only 10W but the portability (swapping 18650s) made it attractive to me.

I've been testing it for a couple of days now and it has it's ups and downs.

The power output is sufficient for smaller jobs and precision work. A small AIO FPV board still works but don't expect it to work on XT60 connectors.

Portability is not very well thought through. The included box is the prime example (pic in comments since I can only attach one piece of media) It's impossible to store the soldiering iron without first waiting for it to cool down, take off the cap, then take out the tip, store it in a little plastic box that it came in, and in the end store all of those pieces separately...🙄

My biggest criticism however is reliability.

After calibration (in 3 temperature regions: 150/250/350°C) it holds it's temperature accurately. However sometimes it randomly jumps to 450°C and stays there. Needless to say, his is really bad when you're working on sensitive materials like a battery pad in plastic casing ect.

The accelerometer assisted sleep function is a nice idea, in practice pretty useless though as there's no included stand, and the device itself is prone to rolling off one's desk, so you're unlikely to just put it down and let it rest. Guess that comes with the shape.

I really wish they had made it be able to draw more than 10W and instead come without a cheapo 18650, so I could throw in a quality, high current capable Li-Ion cell. That way it would have had much wider field of application.

Deformed LiPo. Safe to take home?

Crashed while flying my quadcopter. Cells charging balanced and internal resistance of the cells is not too different.

Safe to take home or dispose?

Ordered a new charger and urgently needed replacement motors for my Nazgul from iFlight Europe and ran into repeated cancellations due to “fraud detection,” and it’s getting seriously frustrating.

I placed my first order overnight with payment via Swype prepaid credit card which was cancelled by the next morning without any real explanation. I contacted support right away and made it clear that I actually need the parts urgently.

Based on that, I placed a second order in the morning, this time using a completely standard credit card to avoid any issues.

Then nothing happened all day. I assumed everything was fine and the order was finally going through — until it got cancelled again in the evening.

At this point I’ve paid over €420 across two orders, have no active order, and no clear information on when the refunds will happen. The money is simply tied up, which means I currently don’t even have the funds available to order the parts elsewhere, even though I need them.

Support just keeps repeating that their system detects a “fraud risk,” but doesn’t explain what exactly causes it or how to avoid it. Despite changing the payment method, the outcome stayed the same.

Now they’re telling me the only way to order is via SEPA bank transfer in advance. Being asked to send money manually while previous payments are still unresolved honestly feels very questionable and reminds me of the kind of situations you’d normally associate with eBay scams.

What bothers me most is the wasted time — especially that the second order was only cancelled at the end of the day, even though I had already been in contact with support and emphasized the urgency.

Has anyone experienced something like this with a legitimate shop? How would you proceed here?

EDIT: After a whole day of back and forth, they refused to give any concrete information and told me to go and shop somewhere else if I don't like it.

Been trying to clean my motors from dust. 3 out of 4 no problem. 4th one been red-loctited so badly, not even preheating it with soldering iron helped. Now the screw is striped and I got metal bits in my motor and really need to get it open. Help!
