I feel silly asking for help with this, but I'll do it anyway.

This is for "Lost Container" under Steel River Township. I can't pack this cargo into the bed of this truck, and I'm not sure if it's bugged or if I need a specific trailer to haul this cargo.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

My Fleetstar has finally met its match

Need to haul some long logs and my Fleetstar can't seem to handle hauling them up hills or through mud. Any suggestions on which truck I should use instead at level 8?

Snowrunner vs. RoadCraft vs. Expeditions (Immersive first-person driving)

Thinking about getting into the Saber games, but not sure which one offers the best and most immersive first person gameplay experience. I'm looking for a seamless first-person experience where the gameplay itself does not become hindered from a first-person perspective, while also having highly detailed interior visuals.

I realize that some gameplay elements will require a third-person view, but that's okay as long as the main driving portion can be fully experienced in first-person.

Thanks!

Seamless Touchscreen Games for Steam Link?

I recently got a new phone and have only just found out about Steam Link. I’ve tried BloonsTD6 and it works flawlessly without on-screen buttons or controller.

I’m wondering what other games fully support touchscreen controls only?

Steam says ~400gb of storage is in use for non-Steam storage, but I'm using roughly 300gb according to my own calculations.

Local Disk (C:) has 862gb in use:

Program Files - 4.37 GB
Program Files (x86) - 552 GB ⬇️
Steam - 537 GB
ProgramData - 12.6 GB
Riot Games - 626 MB
Temp - 6.58 GB
Users - 222 GB
Windows - 34.9 GB
XboxGames - 1.80 GB

Total - 835 GB

Subtract Steam's 537 to get 297, which means there's possibly 70-100GB of missing storage. What do I do?

How did this even happen? [COD]

And since it’s not shown here, Modern Warfare has 1.4M just for comparison’s sake. How did MWII manage to get so many subreddit members when it was one of the most hated COD games at the time (and still is)?

Omnimovement is just superior to "classic" movement

I was excited to play the new Black Ops Classic mode to switch up the feel after these past 6 months, but I was immediately reminded of just how bad the "classic" movement feels compared to current COD's omnimovement. It feels too clunky and restrictive. I understand the criticism behind wall jumping, but basic omnimovement is a must-have for COD and should permanently stay in future titles, or at the very least Treyarch titles.

How has your experience been so far in Black Ops Classic?

If Infinity Ward retroactively added Omnimovement to MWII, would it become a better game? I think yes.

I think MWII has great visuals and a great aesthetic, but I feel as though the gameplay itself severely holds the game back from its full potential. I personally think a game like MWII with omnimovement would be revolutionary.

Is anti-women, anti-POC, and anti-LGBTQIA+ on the rise in gaming communities, or is it just a very loud minority growing even louder?

Is it getting worse, or are the same people just becoming louder?

I see a certain rhetoric being pushed by developers, such as the ones behind Knight’s Path and the ones behind Lords of the Fallen. Stuff like that, paired with the immense amount of hate I see for games like Intergalactic, God Of War: Laufey, Ghost of Yotei, 1348 Ex Voto, and more, I can’t help but feel like gaming is losing the progress it’s made over the years.

Then again, it could just be that X(Twitter) is pushing more and more of these posts to me because I can’t help but interact with them based off the sheer stupidity.

Was I naive to think Treyarch/Activision would tone down the use of generative AI?

I just don't understand the reasoning behind using it for something like this. This is supposedly a real enemy/boss in the game. They created this boss, which means they have all of the assets they need to create an authentic image of this boss. Yet they run the model through Copilot to generate this awful looking, piece of garbage image instead?

I totally get the use of AI image generation behind the scenes for concepts and whatnot. I do NOT understand the inclusion of it within the product they are selling, or for advertisements of said product.

Anyone excited for [COD] MW4 despite hating 19 / 22 and loving the current game?

There seems to be a strong divide between two distinct types of players:

"Movement demons" and "sentinels".

Each extreme side of the aisle seems to have a strong opinion regarding the other side. "Movement demons" hate the slow pace of the IW games, saying COD shouldn't focus on being a tactical shooter. "Sentinels" hate the fast pace of Treyarch games, saying COD has no place being a movement shooter.

I'd say I definitely lean more towards the "movement demons" side, just because I do prefer the faster pace of Treyarch games.

However, even with how much I am loving BO7, I am strangely excited to get back into a new Modern Warfare game even though I hated MWII and disliked MW19.

Do I have something wrong with me? (probably)

Is IW undeserving of my excitement? (most definitely)

Will I, like I did with MWII, still preorder MW4 and grind out mastery camos despite hating every second of playing the game? (absolutely)
