Fallout Campaign Set In Texas Online other

6pm CST Sunday Discord VC Godspeed survivors. Dm for link to group. We have 3 core players so far. Need maybe 2 more solid people.

⚠️ FALLOUT RPG CAMPAIGN RECRUITMENT ⚠️

War never changes. People do.

The world is dead, fractured into desperate settlements, raider kingdoms, broken highways, rusted factories, irradiated forests, and old-world ghosts still clawing at the surface. Every bullet matters. Every choice echoes. Every alliance can save you... or get you gutted in the dirt.

This campaign focuses on:

☢️ grounded survival

☢️ morally grey factions

☢️ meaningful player choices

☢️ realistic wasteland politics

☢️ dangerous exploration

☢️ scarcity and tension

☢️ dark humor and brutal consequences

Expect a world inspired by:

Fallout: New Vegas, Metro, STALKER, The Road, Mad Max, and classic Americana rotting beneath nuclear ash.

You are not superheroes.

You are scavengers, drifters, mercenaries, ex-soldiers, smugglers, cultists, bounty hunters, wasteland doctors, mechanics, and survivors trying to carve meaning out of a dead world.

Factions rise and collapse.

Settlements need protection.

Raiders evolve into armies.

The old world still hides secrets beneath concrete tombs.

The wasteland reacts to your actions.

Power vacuums form.

People remember what you do.

This is a serious roleplay-focused campaign with strong atmosphere, player freedom, immersive storytelling, and consequences that matter.

The wasteland doesn't care about fairness.

Only survival.

My goal was to remove the mage profession. Also add a new one instead.

What recommendations do you guys have for me. I'm building a low fantasy Christian friendly environment. Ty, I love you all! 😍

The Eternal Balance in System

The Eternal Balance in System

⚔️ THE ETERNAL BALANCE ⚔️

A grounded dark fantasy RPG world where faith, survival, consequence, and human struggle matter.

This is not a flashy high-fantasy superhero setting.

No endless rainbow magic spam. No joke-filled power fantasy theme park.

The Eternal Balance is a low fantasy world inspired by:

• Kingdom Come: Deliverance

• Dark Souls

• The Witcher

• Lord of the Rings

• Gothic medieval history

• Biblical themes and spiritual tension

You’ll explore a harsh world of:

🏰 fractured kingdoms

🕯️ cathedral cities

⚔️ desperate knights

🔥 volcanic frontiers

❄️ mountain strongholds

👁️ ancient horrors

✝️ faith under pressure

🌑 corruption and temptation

In this world:

• choices have real consequences

• morality matters

• survival matters

• politics matter

• relationships matter

• your actions shape the world around you

Magic is rare, feared, and dangerous.

Miracles, holy signs, strange visions, and elemental powers exist, but they come with burden, sacrifice, and spiritual weight.

Play:

• weary knights

• prophets

• hunters

• wardens

• scouts

• miracle-touched champions

• broken survivors trying to hold the darkness back

The world reacts realistically to your decisions.

You are not guaranteed fairness, safety, or victory.

But your choices can change history.

If you enjoy:

⚔️ grounded roleplay

🕯️ darker fantasy atmosphere

📖 meaningful story

🔥 emotional character arcs

🏰 immersive worldbuilding

✝️ themes of redemption, corruption, sacrifice, and hope

🎲 player freedom with real consequences

…then you may love The Eternal Balance.

The lanterns are still lit.

For now.

Dragonbane RPG Offline [Other] Low Fantasy Christized RPG Group 18+ Low fantasy medieval world. Step into The Eternal Balance

Tuesday & Sunday 6pm cst weekly

There’s something happening to fantasy right now that I think a lot of us can feel.

Somewhere along the road, fantasy stopped feeling mysterious.

Magic became common.

Power became cheap.

Every tavern had ten wizards.

Every problem had a spell.

Every character slowly turned into a superhero.

And for me… I realized that wasn’t the kind of world I actually wanted to build anymore.

That’s why I’ve been looking toward Dragonbane.

Not because I hate D&D.

Not because I want to destroy fantasy.

But because I want fantasy to feel dangerous again.

Sacred again.

Heavy again.

I want steel to matter.

I want darkness to matter.

I want carrying a lantern through a cursed forest to feel more important than casting twenty glowing spells before breakfast.

I want monsters to feel terrifying.

I want wounds to matter.

I want choices to matter.

I want a world where a miracle feels like heaven touched the earth for a moment… not just another ability on a cooldown timer.

That’s what draws me toward Dragonbane.

The system feels grounded.

Combat feels risky.

Characters feel mortal.

Atmosphere matters.

Travel matters.

Fear matters.

And honestly?

That aligns far more closely with the kind of world I’ve been trying to create all along.

A world of ruined kingdoms.

Torchlight in the rain.

Faith under pressure.

Knights standing against darkness.

Prophets burdened by revelation.

Ordinary people trying to survive in a world where evil is real.

Not high fantasy power escalation.

Not magical consumerism.

Not endless spell spam.

Something older.

Something colder.

Something more human.

And strangely enough, by reducing the amount of magic everywhere… the supernatural becomes more powerful.

A single miracle suddenly means something.

A demon becomes horrifying.

A holy relic becomes unforgettable.

The world breathes differently.

For me, this isn’t about becoming elitist or “anti-fun.”

It’s the opposite.

It’s about rediscovering wonder.

It’s about making fantasy feel alive again.

So if you love:

dark fantasy,

low fantasy,

grounded roleplay,

meaningful consequences,

medieval atmosphere,

dangerous journeys,

moral struggle,

sacred themes,

grim monsters,

and stories where hope survives in the middle of darkness…

Then maybe this road is worth walking with me.

Because I think there’s something special waiting down it.

Not louder fantasy.

Deeper fantasy. 🕯️

Low Fantasy is awesome! Ty community

Hey im converting my world from dnd 5e to dragonbane. I bought book online today.

Any advice or recommendations for me. I have a preexisting world already I'm just gonna use a lower fantasy/darker system and one that is easier for me as Christian too. Ty ✌🏻

Lf gm for my campaigns to host

I'm a big fan on low fantasy stuff. Dm if interested

I'm looking at eventually doing tryouts for a Game Master slot on the server for both The Eternal Balance and Fallout.

I realistically can’t run more than two campaigns at a time because I want to invest proper effort and quality into them.

If you're interested, make sure you understand the rules, tone, and intentions of the server first.

Let me know if you'd want to be considered. Ty, Godspeed.
