passed a stool earlier which was pathetic just 2 little nugget like shaped, normal colour but looked like they had dark bits in them? almost raisin colour and shape and size. is this normal i’m scared of a GI bleed or the C

does anyone else get an intense cramp before passing wind? iv just been on a long walk, got into my car sat down in the drivers seat, casually driving then i get this intense cramp and feeling to fart, i push my feet against the floor to lift my ass then i fart. wtf
Sunday afternoon i started with a “bubbly” stomach, something definitely had not agreed with me. Accompanied by cramps diarrhoea on the Monday.
My stools have hardened since maybe type 4 on the bristol stool chart. But since that episode on the Monday, I have been passing stools once or twice a day but cramps before passing. Then waking up to cramps/wind followed by passing stool. Iv hardly opened my eyes and my bowels are moving, has anyone experienced similar? I wake up with the urgency to pee but i know i need to pass stools there and then.
It’s almost as if my cramps are waking me. It’s been the same time every morning this past week. 6am.
Prior to this my bowel movements were all over the place, constipated or just random times of the day i’d go to toilet iv never had a routine if im honest.
I used to drink coffee every morning & then use the toilet but since being pregnant I have stopped.
To add I don’t have IBS, well iv never been tested.
I had my bloods done 2 weeks ago, all ok, haemoglobin levels fine, no blood in stools.
Diet - high fibre, veggies, meat daily.
The foods iv consumed this week - Dates,brocolli,chicken,eggs,kiwi,brown seeded bread,rice.

10 weeks pregnant today I’m from around eight weeks onwards every couple of days I’ve been getting a sharp twinge on my right lower abdomen and earlier I had a pain below my belly button that lasted 10 seconds and then came back again five minutes later.
It’s like a bit of an ache on my right side but it is not constant and it is not painful it doesn’t last long and this is not every day. Sometimes it can happen even when I’m laid down. I’m just wondering if anyone has experienced similar symptoms I’ve not had any bleeding this pregnancy just discharge.
I haven’t had a scan yet but I am due my 12 weeks scan on the 28th of August. I am really anxious that they are going to tell me something bad. I’ve just been speaking to my mum about it and I just can’t help but just think negative. I have really bad health anxiety as it is. I know this sounds really stupid but I kept thinking what if they tell me that I have something wrong with me in that area. I’ve been paranoid ever since I saw a news article about a woman that had ovarian cancer while pregnant.
to add to this, I do have a dermoid cyst that is 3.4 cm that was found on an ultrasound 13 weeks ago and I was unaware of this before as I had no symptoms but now I am pregnant. I’ve been having weird sensations.
I’m saying weird, but this might just be normal pregnancy pains. I rang my early pregnancy unit department the other week and explain to them how I am feeling. They had a look at my scans and the nurse said that the registrar had agreed to leave the cyst alone. They offered to bring me in for a reassurance scan and I had a panic attack and didn’t go. This is all because I have really bad health things. I am scared of them telling me that I’m going to have a terminal illness.

i was diagnosed with dermoid cyst in April during an US; the size was 3.4 cm
no symptoms apart from a dull ache occasionally or with fast movement in position or sneezing i get an ache.
i’m actually really nervous for this appointment and wether he will be able to tell me if the cyst is malignant i know they can’t tell unless they do a biopsy.
has anyone got any success stories for dermoid cyst or any advice, symptoms etc to look out for. iv been doing research like a mad woman and googling everything you can possibly think of. i have none of the symptoms for cancer but i guess thats why they call it the silent killer.

Germ cell tumours are the most common ovarian neoplasms with ovarian mature teratoma (dermoid cyst) being the most common histologic type (1,2,9). Dysgerminomas is the most common malignant type of germ cell tumours representing approximately 30% of all ovarian malignancies found during pregnancy followed by serous cystadenomas (1,2,9).
I have a dermoid cyst and iv been doing a lot of research myself and it even says on the Ovarian Cancer website that Dermoids are the cysts that turn cancerous?
why are these left inside women?! why is women’s health not taken seriously. why are we left with something inside our body that could turn malignant?
