I'm 22m and gay and I had sex for the first time. I'm just worried if I've used Prep correctly. Just anxious and want some reassurance.

I am doing the daily regime.

I started Prep for the first time on Wednesday evening at 9pm and took two tablets (the double dose to begin). I did not have sex on this day.

I took one tablet on Thursday at 8pm. I had sex at 11pm that night.

Just wondering did I do this right?

I'm just worried because I'm reading the NHS website and it says

"Wait 7 days after you start taking it before you have sex.

If you want to start taking daily PrEP but think you may have sex within the first 7 days, take 2 tablets at least 2 hours before you have sex. Then continue to take 1 tablet each day."

My GP or the HSE guidance didn't say anything about that.

I’m 22M and gay and planning on becoming sexually active soon. I plan on starting Prep. I read online that I should also get the HPV and hepatitis vaccines. I have a bit of a fear of vaccines due to having a bad reaction to one when I was a kid.

Is it stupid if I don’t get them?

I'll be having sex for the first time and my bf wants us to go to a sexual health clinic so I can get advice on STIs etc. I've been googling and not sure where to go. There's the HSE Sexual Health Clinics but they only mention testing and nothing on advice/consultation. Would a GP be any good?

I finished college recently and I'm currently applying for graduate programmes for September 2027 (basically taking a gap year at the moment). I'm wondering if doing a graduate programme and pursuing an accounting qualification is the right route for me or if I should just go straight into an entry-level job.

I get burnt out quite easily so the long working hours, study, exams of the graduate programmes kind of scare me. But at the same time, I got a first class honours in college, had a really good academic record and already have a year of accounting experience under my belt so I'm wondering if it would be a "waste" if I didn't do a graduate programme.

Just wondering if I should invite my boyfriend. Or is it typically only a family thing?

It’s only two tickets per student so he wouldn’t be able to go to the actual ceremony anyway, but the other stuff.

I’ll be taking a day trip to Killarney on Wednesday and I want to know where I could park easily in town. Somewhere that will have plenty of space. Bay parking is what I’m looking for, don’t like parallel parking.

At work, there’s one particular supervisor who singled out a few staff members (including me) and was basically bullying us.

At the time, I was weighing up whether to report it and when I was on the verge of doing so, her behaviour suddenly switched and she was overly nice. The bullying-like behaviour went on for months but for the past month she’s been ok. (I suspect this was because she saw me deep in conversation with another staff member who also reported her and figured we were talking about her. And she stopped as she was scared I would report her).

While it’s good her behaviour has improved, I’m very annoyed that it didn’t get the attention of a manager. I wish I had reported it at the time. Should I report it so they know what she’s like? Several other staff members have made reports about her so if I report too, it shows it’s a pattern.
