Ghosts of Queens Past: Queensboro Bridge Trolleys
Trolleys on the Outer Roadways
Some interesting details that it shows:
Cars driving around in the same lanes as the trolley at the base of the bridge, mention of the elevators at Vernon and Welfare Island, footage of the trolleys pulling into the underground barn between First and Second Aves.
No footage of the station complex underneath, though.
I couldn't find a non-Facebook host for the collection, not sure if it will work if you don't have an account.

how many cars for how much each?
That's a mortgage for about a $400K home, depending on rates when they got it.
Obviously this is a cooked up graphic for advertising, but what was the person who cooked it up thinking?
Feature Suggestion: automatic speed adjustment when playing on Car Audio, Speaker, etc.
I normally listen at 1.8x for most podcasts, slighly slower for some where the narrator is know to speak quickly, or have an accent, or have noisy podcasts. A few others are at 1.9x or 2x
But I can only listen at that speed if it's through headphones. If I listen on car audio or the phone speaker, e.g., I usually have to slow them all down by about 0.3 points on the scale. Since I have set up custom speeds for each podcast, I can't just drop the speed once while in the car before I start driving if it cycles through different programs over the course of my trip.
It would be excellent if there could be a "standard speed adjustment" applied based on the type of output device - like the type that can be grabbed from the Bluetooth parameters. For me, -0.3 for Car Audio and Speaker (external or internal) vs the values I've selected for each program.
