This is Season 3 of BrainSurge renamed Family BrainSurge

There are some differences

Instead of 6 contestants, it's 5 (one contestant with a family member)

Instead of Red, Yellow, Green, Blue, Purple and Pink, it's Red, Yellow, Green, Blue and Gray

The families competing have 2 other members act as the Brain Trust which will come in handy in Level 2

At the end of Level 1, 1 family goes down the Brain Drain instead of 2
