How to fix mold in my wine fridge.

Its just a small 36 bottle fridge but I have about 40 stuffed into it. Was digging around for the first time in a while and pulled out a port with a ton of mold on it. Other labels also appear to be getting moldy.

Whats the best fix here?

Curious to hear people's opinions on how the vintage is showing right now.

I have had many 2000s over the past 10 years. Its a very tannic vintage. I compare the fruit and tanin profile to 1995s in many ways though most 95s show a bit more polish tho admittedly not much. Both seem to show a lot more rusticity (if thats even a word) than say 1990 or 1996.

This past year many if not all of the 2000s I have opened including Lynch Bages, Latour, Mouton, Lafite, Haut Brion, Cheval Blanc, Ausone, Troplong Mondot, Angelus, Fegiac, La Conseillante, all 3 Leoville, Both Pichons, and more have felt like their fruit is shutting down, the tanins feel bitter and astrigent and it really feels like a lot of them are collectively entering a "dumb" phase. Decanting hasn't really done much to improve them in most cases with a few outlyers but even then I was left disappointed.

This is the first vintage I've really experienced that has gone from showing fruit to across the board having the fruit shut down over a couple years. I am very curious to see how these wines develop over the next 10-20+ years because they have the structure to last many decades more.

I am wondering if other people have had this experience with the 2000 vintage in their Bordeaux over this past year.

I should also clarify these wines do not come from my cellar or the same cellar I am exposed to these through my job. Some are direct from chateau some are from Duclot, K&L, local wine shops, private collections etc.

Its pathetic to feel the need to explain common driving etiquette to what I assume are grown ass adults with 10-20 years of driving experience but here we are....

When 2 lanes merge tailgating the car in front of you instead of allowing a proper zipper merge is rude and makes traffic worse.

Since some people seem ignorant of this practice I'll explain for your edification.

Like a zipper (that metal tooth like construction on your jacket) every other car merges creatung a nice traffic flow for everyone. Riding the bumper of the car in front of you to deny the zipper merges doesn't get you to your destination faster, it just makes you a piece of shit driver.

I know we are in the bay area and no one matters but you but maybe give it a try you might like it.
