I’m trying to choose a good magnesium glycinate supplement for regular daily use... after searching so many post ..i have narrowed it down to these five brands: ACE Blend, Tata 1mg, Naturaltein, HK Vitals, and Trexgenics.

For those who have used any of these brands, which one would you personally recommend? I’d especially appreciate opinions based on elemental magnesium per serving, the quality/form of magnesium, purity, absorption, manufacturing/testing standards, and overall value for money ..
