My pant touched the toilet seat and I didn't change my clothes and slept on bed

Now I am worried, everything I touched is contaminated

My body , hair , face

It's 12 am

I was in the bathroom when the toilet's jet spray turned on unexpectedly, bounced off the wall , the wall was the side wall of toilet so I believe after flushing fecal matter must be there and now I am contaminated, and splashed onto me.

I wash my hand then my hand touched the sink

So I used the dispenser again to take some soap again to take soap so I touched it with my finger

But I only washed my finger and the area where it touched for I wash it for 5-6 seconds I am worried

I contaminated everything I touched afterwards cause I didn't wash my hand for 20 sec

My light was off I was the toilet

When maybe or maybe not, my string of dress touched the urine I don't know

But I am thinking it touched

It's a small part like little toe nail part

I hold the part and fold it with cloth and took it off took bath

I wipe the floor with the dress but that part was hidden

But I believe

My finger touched the dress and

I used the same dress to wipe the floor

My floor is contaminated

Strings of my pant were touching my genital

I took it out , it might have touched bodily fluid

Without washing my hand I touched my phone now it's contaminated

Should I sanitize my phone and bedsheet

my mother swept kitchen with handbroom we use to clean dog poop a 15 days before accidentally

Now my shawl touched it

Then I touch it with my hands as I was late for school I needed to get there as soon as possible

Without washing my hands I touched my pouch , bottle, bag

Everything is contaminated now

And I am crying over this

I have been sleeping for a piss stained matress for 6-7 yr . It was the great work done by my cousin.

I never thought much of it before ocd

Though I told my mom to replace it many times ( I am 16 currently)

But lately it's taking toll over me

My brother just sleep on it without caring.

So I believe his blanket and pillow is contaminated

He threw them in my side I get angry and yell at him

Which I feel bad after

I can't even tug bedsheet in corners

Cause if touch the cloth that touched the matress my hands will get contaminated

My mom is not considering to change it

Cause budget is tight

And I can't take this mentally anymore

I can't express my problem to my family as they consider me a mad person

Because of my constant handwashing and habits

And they don't believe in mental illness

So I live with my family and my cousin .

She is here for over 6 yrs for studies and job opportunity

But are habits are stressing me out I was 13 when she came here . I never thought much about her hygiene but I am older now and I care about how I live

She don't wash her hand after pissing

And top on that she pee on bathroom floor and just rinse it with water thinking it's clean

I have told her many times it's gross and not clean politely but I can't yell at her

Cause she will here for more 6 months or 7 months

It's an Indian bathroom so we have floor drain.

But the urine would still be deposited on tile grout.

I am just gross out by this

We have 3 bathroom

Gave one to her , yet she still pee in mine :(.

My mother don't want to confront her as only 6-8 are left and she is from my father's side

His family will blame her and call her those evil aunty

But I am sick of this

I share bathroom with my family and my family pee in shower.

My shower gel slipped from my hand

I rinse it with water and soap . but I still think it's contaminated

And I am panicking

So for my academic session I brought few old books

They are used book of my seniors , a house lizard poop on it while It was on table

Is it safe to use ?

Can I use clorox wipes to clean it , I might eat snacks while eating so is it safe ?

What should I do

They are quite expensive books

I just got my own phone a month ago so how u clean it ? I have clorox wipes is it safe to use

How to use it properly

I use my phone and eat mostly

I am 16 , I have contamination ocd and my family is not helping much , they are giving me more reasons to be anxious of they are dirty and unhygienic

Basic things like washing hand irritate them .

I have to wash my hand again and again after touching anything.

My hands are bleeding now they have cuts due to agressive handwashing.

Today basically my brother put a food plate on my bed , the plate was sitting on a dirty dining table

It had left over, people keep their dirty phone, a lizard poop on it , my mother wiped it with a wet towel which was dirtier now my sheet is dirty .

I am sick of this

I just want to give up

My mother cleaned the bathroom sink with bare hands and didn't wash her hand after

She touched everything

I am disgusted. I am crying

How u adjust your pad in public

When I am walking in street or school . My pads often shift far away staining my underwear and eventually pants

How u adjust it ? When washroom is not an option

My teachers will yell at me if I ask for washroom every class lol . In public also I don't want to go to public bathrooms they are dirty

And If I adjust it over pants do I still need to wash my hand ?

I do it and people find me crazy

I always sanitize my hands after touching paper money cause they are dirty , I didn't do it today

AITA .

I am 16 , I live with my family. They never wash their hand after peeing , which I find disgusting as a result I refuse to touch the things they use and constantly tell them to wash their hands after peeing which they find rude and think of me as a mad person.

They touch me without washing their hands and I get mad and don't talk to them

They touch my book , hair clips basically everything

And I can't disinfect everything, and I believe my hands get dirty after touching anything in house

Which leads to me obsessively washing my hand and this make my skin crawl .
