The only thing I can't figure out about manifestation

I've been dwelling in it for a few months now, and I think I got most of it understood pretty well. of course I don't claim to know every single thing, but I know the basics and logic behind it.

The only thing that is between me and my desires is just this: I don't understand how I am supposed to live a life and be satisfied with it without having it in the 3D.

I understand that the 3D is a reflection in delay, I understand it is not as real as the 4D. But we are still humans. and I just can't bring myself to be satisfied without having the physical desire.

For example I'm manifesting an S/P. it's my best friend who I fell in love with hard and she didn't love me back, but the situation got even worse when we got into a huge fight (first big real fight in my life) and everything got 10x as hurtful. now we don't talk at all and I'm even blocked.

The reason I enjoyed this relationship IS because I got these stimulations from it. of getting a text here and a gift there. Because it was nice from the outside world. cause and effect.

Even when I try to visualise these events, they don't feel as good. because I know to expect them, I know that story. it just doesn't feel as real or as satisfying.

So now I have this huge hole in my heart that I need fill, after getting it broken so hard a few months ago. and the pain is still there even after affirming and visualising. and I still find myself wanting to get her to just forgive me.

How am I supposed to find just my mind and my own visualisations satisfying? when the real thing hits my brain and emotions so much harder? it just doesn't make sense for me.

Your face is not your face is not your face

Spoilers: MAG 165

I'm on my first listen right now and jon just started reading this thing that starts with "..Your face is not your face is not your face.." and I'm 100% sure I've heard it in a previous episode!

I can't put my finger on it and I tried searching on google but it only leads back to ep 165. am I just mixing things up? or was the phrase mentioned in a previous episode?

What's one episode you'd choose to use to introduce TMA to someone?

Intro and outro scenes are removed if they include spoilers to the show or unnecessary context.

I want to introduce TMA to my dad and give him an episode to listen to with the directions of you must listen to ep 1 next and listen in a chronological order including repeating the episode I would suggest you to listen to.

Angler fish is amazing don't get me wrong! and I think it was definitely chosen as a first episode for a reason. but I still want him to listen to an episode first out of context to see what the show really is for him.

He doesn't like long shows and movies so I want to show him it's worth getting into despite being long because you'll eventually get to ____. and see how wonderful that can get?

What episode should I choose?

he is into wars and history so I do think about introducing him to some slaughter episodes. but please don't only focus on that. It can be any episode!

As long as it's one that you think is really good and can make a good impression. I will make the judgment myself when it comes to his specific taste so don't try to choose based on what a 60 year old man would like. just what you'd choose in general. :)

Is it possible the low shifting rates are caused by people permashifting?

Just a thought that I've been having since rejoining the shifting community a week ago after a few years of break.

This is of course isn't something that you can confirm or not but still food for thoughts and perhaps motivation.

I just wonder how many of these posts I see from people claiming they haven't shifted in 7 years or so, are actually just consciousless bodies who's consciousness have already shifted a long time ago. even them themselves can't know they have shifted until they "come back".

As we all know of course, life doesn't stop for anyone when they shift, it keeps on going. we can't know if anyone is "conscious" or not just by looking at them. all of us have the ability to talk, walk, think, etc without the need for it.

Even people who won't permashift and eventually plan on coming back, could have changed their mind.

I personally permashift so I can't really think about coming back, but I assume people who tried for a really long time, might choose to not come back for various reasons.

The reason I'm bringing this up, is because ever since coming back and entered the subreddits and community, ive seen countless posts who talk about trying for so long with no single success. and it might be a bit mean to admit but it has been making me worry a lot. I didn't want to end up in a similar position.

In general, shifting is always considered as this hard impossible thing to some who havent shifted yet. you look around and see how many people struggle. but can you really be sure that's the case?

I hope this can bring some motivation to you as this realisation did to me. there's a very big chance a lot of the posts you see filled with frustrated people who can't shift, have already shifted. do you understand what I mean? I hope so. It's a bit confusing to think about anything times but I hope my point came across.

What should I do in my day to day life in the CR?

I shift at night. but to be honest, I work from home and don't go out much, so I have all the time to do anything I want. I shift to a better CR dr that is very similar to my CR but with a few changes.

I'm curious about what I should do during the day, even though I plan on shifting at night.

What could boost my success?

I come from the manifestation world, where you could spend your day robotically affirming or living in the end as you already have it. I can do that, I'm just not sure how to make it fit to shifting and exactly what I should be doing.

Can the bridge of incident be skipped?

I am planning on manifesting a whole new reality where my past is different, my body and face are different, I don't have specific scars and illnesses and have my S/P. generally not a slight difference to this reality but a brand new one.

I plan on writing everything in a script and then live in the end until I one day wake up in said reality.

It's hard for me to imagine it happening by reality slowly bending to be that way, as a bridge of incident, because a lot of it cannot be achieved by a bridge. unless said bridge is someone suddenly inventing a machine that acts as a portal or something. It's just that those things are bigger than something that could play out and unfold from my reality.

Is that even possible? if so, is that something that can happen without the bridge of incidence? just me one day waking up to a different thing?

Could I shift by simply living in the end instead of a method?

Is that a thing people do?

I don't shift to any fantasy dr, but to a better cr dr. I started off by manifesting but decided shifting to a version with all of my desires (all past, present and future ones) are already mine fits what I want better.

I don't resonate with most methods. I have a bad relationship with meditation, bad sleep schedule, hard time visualising and ADHD. so most methods feel very hard.

I was wondering if I just live in the end, like I already am that version of me, despite my CR eyes not seeing it, I will eventually wake up in my DR.

I will use my identity and assumptions, as well as visualisation during sats and day to day life. have conversations with my s/o like she's there next to me, plan the future according to what I plan to have in my dr. just really live as if I'm already there and work towards having that as my real world.

I haven't seen anyone do that, so I'm not sure it's possible or common. is it? any ideas regarding that plan?

How do you guys utilise LOA as a method?

I come from the manifestation world and now into shifting. I have done a lot of research regarding the topic and would still like to use it towards shifting because I have more trust in it and think it works for me. I have just decided I would rather have a whole new reality instead of individually changing parts of this one (or similar ones).

On my research regarding LOA in shifting, I've seen people mainly use it as a tool to add onto the practice. like positive, even robotic, affirmations and sometimes SATS etc.

That's not really what I am looking for. I'm looking to see if it's possible to use this as a stand alone method. Like maybe completely live out in the end as I am already in my dr, or stuff like this. Is there a practice that evolves that? I am just not sure where to look. I would also love to hear people's experience with it.

Also, because I am unsure, if I do use the living in the end to shift, do I also need a method each night to intend to wake up in my DR? or is living in the end everyday enough and I will eventually wake up there? because for me it doesn't make sense to both live in the end and also attempt a method, because using a method is affirming I'm not there yet. that part confused me so I'm not sure if LOA has fully a place in shifting or otherwise. let me know! :)

even linking other posts or something. anything would be heavily appreciated.

The "Cheating" method

It's been an idea I had formed and entertained in my brain, thought I might share. I think it's less for me, though I'm yet to fully try it, but I'm sure it might resonate with someone more.

First I'll introduce the steps and then I will share why it should work very well.

STEP #1:

Make a small script. If youre really against using scripts it should be fine, but I suggest still using one as it should be just a few sentences.

In the script you need to only write two things.

First thing: this DR is exactly the same as my CR except one thing. when you think about the thing you want to change, I'd suggest something that cannot be mistaken to a chance and something that is easily spottable when you wake up, and easy to visualise, such as: shirt, bedsheet or wall of different color, new poster on the wall, plushie of a different animal, anything. I suggest to make it personal and something that resonate with you.

Second thing: an "action word". it is similar to a safe word, a random word that won't usually be said out loud that instead of shifting you back to your CR will shift you to your other DR. if the idea of an action word doesn't resonate with you, you can simply script instead that you never fail at shifting. but I personally find to doubt it more, I have more trust in the nature of safe words hence also more trust in action words.

It is important that you keep the script as just two changes and that's it. anything else will make the shifting method a little harder and takes away from why it's good.

STEP #2:

shift to that specific DR and only then use the action word you have scripted. you can use another method on top of it to shift from youe CR to the "Cheating" DR if you feel that it's needed. boom you're in your final DR!

Why it works:

The method capitalises on the fact that shifting to a DR with a very small change is easier to most people than straight up shifting to a DR that is completely different. it seems like an easier thing to most, and connecting to that DR is a much lighter step then to connect to a whole other DR. it's less intimidating.

The magic isn't simply in that DR being easier to shift to but it is in the action word itself. because you had scripted it as an integral part of that DR's universe, it's in it's universal laws. it's a part of how that DR world exists. that "magic" action word is a fact. it's not up to debate or chance. it's just a fact woven into the rules of that universe. and thats how you "cheat" shifting into making it so much easier.

And that's basically it. I would love to know what you think about it. I hope there isn't something similar already existing because to be honest I'm just now coming back into the shifting community after a 2 year break.

I hope you understood the method and why it should work so well from a technical point of you. I'm not fluent in english so I hope I got my point across well. If there are any questions please feel free to ask. :)

People who permashift - do you continue to live life while waiting? how?

I got back into shifting to permashift about two days ago. and ever since I've been feeling like nothing I do in this CR matters because It'll all be better once I shift.

everything I do or work towards will be better once I get to my better CR DR, which is pretty identical but I look like I want, have my S/O that I have a crush on, no disorders etc. overall the same but so much better.

I feel like it's a bad way to live life, even if soon I will be in a better place and it won't matter. I just feel wrong but I still feel like nothing matters.

So stuff like my weight loss journey won't matter because I will already be skinny in my DR. My health journey doesn't matter because I'll be healthy in my DR. My work doesn't matter because I'll have a successful job in my DR. The language I'm learning won't matter because I'm fluent in it in my DR.

How my other permashifters are doing? do you have a reason to live life in your CR? how does it work for you?

My headcannons for some TMA characters

All taken from random pieces of media. I'm in episode 150 now and mostly off the fandom to avoid spoilers, so that's where my mind jumped to when I tried to imagine their faces without too much influence. I hope I'm not too far off what's the commonly accepted fancast. tell me what you think! I have more from where it came from.

Can setting intention be enough and useful to shift?

I'm coming back into shifting after a few years. never had any progress before.

I have a bad experience with meditation as well as pretty bad ADHD. I also don't visualise the best so overall I am feeling very hopeless because it feels like shifting is not made for people like me.

I've heard before that technically all you need is intention, which is one of the things I can do. But is it genuinely enough? like is it as powerful as other full blown methods? I don't want to spend years or even months trying to shift. I want to (perma) shift now or as soon as I can. so I don't want a method if it's not as good as others, because I guess that if it's not good enough I can just go to another method.

Are there people here who properly shifted just with setting intention as they sleep? like good, strong intention and that's it? maybe a bit of visualisation as well.

Scared to return to shifting

I was into shifting back in 2022 until around 2024. It was always to fictional places or fame drs etc. I never ended up shifting, no mini shifts no symptoms nothing. I ended up quitting not because I didn't believe it, I still 85% do, but just because life ended up going crazy and then I met my biggest crush who was my best friend and didn't think about trying again.

After my relationship with my best friend didn't go romantically I got into manifestation in ord r to manifest us being in love. things continue to go south for us and I ended up losing her as a friend too, I was devastated and hurt, but continued to manifest her. It's been going pretty well, I got the hang of it and now just need to persist more. but yesterday I thought about the journey and remembered shifting exists.

As much as my priority is only just having her as my girlfriend, to be honest, I would love a lot of things to be different in my reality. all of those I planned on manifesting after I get her, but I thought: wouldn't just having a better cr dr be better? exactly what I would love to get? It would be so much better.

So now I'm a bit stuck, because ever since coming back and checking where the shifting community is at right now, I've seen a lot of people who haven't shifted all this time. people spending 7 years and still not shifting fully. and I'm scared because I don't want to wait that long. I can't wait that long.

I'm scared that if I put my hopes up for a reality where I look the way I looked, I don't have my chronic illness, I'm not from a country I am ashamed of and I uave the girl of my dreams, I'll go crazy when I then have to wait years before finally shifting there.

It doesn't help that I have bad ADHD and don't manifest well, as well as a bad relationship with meditation, so that rules out most methods people use.

What do you think I should do? are there people with similar situations? I just want opinions from the shifting community about the situation and if it's better for me to try this process of shifting again or not?

Do I have to feel fulfilled in order to get my manifestation?

I'm stuck with this because I personally do not feel fulfilled right now. I ignore it and try to imagine being happy instead, but I don't feel super content. I'm fine with just persisting.

I'm asking because I'm seeing a lot of people who say you must feel fulfilled first and not desire your manifestation in order to receive it, and that's why I'm stuck.

Because I'm not. and I don't know how. and all the tips I saw are just people saying you need to realise you're the god and the person in power and I do realise that but I still don't feel fulfilled without the thing in the 3D (my S/P, for example, the main thing I'm manifesting).

So I'm curious if it's one of the things that are a complete must to master in order to manifest, or if it's one of the things people say it's a must in a clickbaiting way and is not really necessary.

Will my perm get to the point of where I originally asked it to be?

I went to get a perm today and showed them the 3rd picture. In return I got the 1st (after haircut) & 2nd (after a shower hoping it'll open up) picture as a result. it's so much curlier than I had imagined or wanted it to be. :(

I heard that a perm relaxes after a while but I don't know how much looser it'll get while I wait. Will it become loose enough to look like the 2nd picture? or am I stuck with much curlier hair?

Can't help but be worried about SP manifestation as the holidays are coming

My SP girlfriend I'm manifesting's birthday is in November. our favourite holiday is Halloween and I always wanted to experience this and Christmas (as I'm from a jewish family and shes from a christian family, I always imagined getting to celebrate it for the first time with her family). I also want to be her new year's kiss and just spend them together.

As time moves on and we get closer to it, my anxiety rises. I know manifesting on a time limit is more challenging and I know me stressing over it is just reinforcing the idea I don't have it, but it's making me so anxious. I want to have it in the 3D in time. that would be such a dream.

Any word of advice? :(
