The set is divided into 3 levels.
The top level is the street of London, it includes the entrance to the ministry of magic which is the red telephone box and I believe the Scotland Place buildings? From left to right, we have Mrs Figg, two unknown figs then Arthur Weasley.
Then the middle part is the ministry of magic where Voldemort battles Dumbledore. There's the floo powder fireplace on the left then two stacks of offices on this floor. I'm not sure what the middle grey part between the offices are? (maybe the elevator?) below that is a small fountain with a golden statue on top. From left to right, we have Umbrige, Voldemort, a random goblin, Dumbledore, Moody and Tonks.
Then the bottom level is like an underground level. The left part looks to be the death chamber, then there's like a corridor in the middle then a blueish room on the right (I'm guessing it's either the courtroom or the hall of prophecy) from left to right, we have Sirius Black?, Ron, Hermione and Harry.
