So I've been working for about a month and realized I'm pretty sure I never filled out a W2 when doing my onboarding paperwork. Is there somewhere to do it on passport so they'll take my taxes out of my paycheck? I do not want to have to keep track of how much I'll owe at the end of the year.

So i just picked up a secondhand Power Ultra. I have looked into some videos and can tell that it needs it's "worm ring" (?) replaced (I can hear it slipping) and it needs to be cleaned and regressed as it's leaking old grease. I also know that there are cheap gaskets inside that need to be replaced when I do this. Does anyone have any good Amazon links/advice on where to get all the parts I need for this mixer's refresh?

So i just got hired at a grocery store as a cake decorator, and I am feeling underprepared. I can flat ice a cake but not as fast as id like. I also can do some roses, shells, leaves, and writing ok but also not fast enough. Overall just not feeling confident enough in my skills. I printed out some free PDFs I could find to practice on, but want more resources or more pages. Any suggestions for me?

I thought i totally bungled my bakery interview, but I guess my perfectionism was rearing it's head because I got a call for a second interview with the store manager! Obviously my decoratoring muscles need to get practiced and flexed, but it must not have been as bad as I was thinking! Yippee!
Thank you to the KIND people who didn't call me a "liar" simply because I was unsure of how a corporate bakery interviewed people, and how unconfident I felt in myself after years of not doing anything confection related. Yes I should've practiced like I originally thought, but some people were very rude.

Any piping I should practice or any buzzwords I should say that would make me look the best during the interview?
I'm not sure exactly how to ask this, but I'm looking for the little endings you put on to a word to slightly modify it/how does that work grammatically? Par example en anglais:
Tiny --> teenie weenie / itty bitty
Sweetheart --> sweetie
You can add a "y" on to the ends of a word to convey feelings that aren't strong enough to articulate or to describe something:
"The bar was vibey"
"Can you hand me the thingy"
"The meat was fatty"
You can also add "-ish" to the ends of a word, and it can give close to the same meaning as a "y" but it's not exactly the same:
"He was skinny-ish"
"She is standoffish"
I haven't really seen anything like this in my textbooks, which makes sense since it's not exactly correct grammar, but sometimes I am trying to describe something in french and it doesn't feel as relaxed as I would describe something in English.
