Does RDR2 have the best epilogue of all time in gaming?

When I first started the epilogue I was thinking maybe 30 minutes worth of extra content but it just keeps going and going. In some ways it almost feels like the epilogue is where the real game actually starts.

Do you think GTA VI will have anything like this, or it will always be RDR2 that gets the best epilogue of all time?

Rhythm Heaven Groove - TV Calibration

Anybody else getting this every time they start the game? It has to do this for about 2-3 minutes and always says that it didn't work. I am using a 65" LG C3 OLED and Bose QuietComfort Ultra headphones (bluetooth).

My prediction: GTA VI will have the best HDR in gaming. You just have to look at RDR2.

If you set RDR2 to Game HDR (not Cinematic HDR) and calibrate for your display, it’s actually one of the best games I have played when it comes to HDR implementation.

This is a 2018 title built on the Rage Engine for the PlayStation 4, and HDR was added with update 1.09 in 2019.

Vice City is going to be spectacular in HDR and my prediction is that GTA VI will have the best use of HDR in any game to date.

It’s not just about slapping HDR to a game and calling it a day, it actually takes quite a bit of work to pull off to use it properly. But the results can be so worth it if your display supports HDR.

I also sometimes wonder how many will be playing on TV’s in SDR or uncalibrated HDR. My hope is that HGiG mode allow us to view GTA VI’s HDR exactly how it’s intended.

Yakuza 0 Director’s Cut - any tips for taking them on?

Even on easy mode I am getting pummelled if 3 are surrounding me it’s non stop hitting me until I’m down and I get up it’s the same thing all over again.

Picked up Yakuza Complete Series today

Picked up The Complete Series and I’m currently playing Yakuza 0, I am still not sure if I will skip Yakuza 3 and pick up Yakuza Kiwami 3 / Dark Ties to play that instead.

Do you recommend Japanese or English dialogue? And do most of the games have English dialogue or only a few? (Do you find reading subtitles get in the way at all?)

With Dan Houser gone, are you concerned about the quality of storytelling in GTA VI?

So many scenes in RDR2 feel like something out of a movie. Even the editing and music, it’s all top notch. I love the trailers for GTA VI but with some of these new screenshots are you worried at all that it will start to fall off a cliff and feel more like GTA Online in terms of the quality of content?

Will AC Black Flag Resynced have 60fps cutscenes on PS5 Pro?

It’s the one thing that I really feel is lacking with AC Shadows on PS5 Pro.

Two simple questions about resets

  1. How long do they last? According to Codex 30 days from time of issue

  2. I currently have 3 resets available to me, but I can't seem to find out when they were issued. How can I do that?

DualSense Input for games on Boosteroid

Is there any easy way to enable DualSense inputs for games I am running on Boosteroid? I don't know if it depends on the game, but if it's Steam could a game like Gotham Knights support the PS5 inputs? If so, where would I need to go to fix that?

LG C3 HGIG and PS5 Pro

So from what I understand not all games support HGIG. I’m playing RDR2 on PS5 Pro and I’m using HDR but with HGIG set on the TV the game feels dim and dark, with dynamic tone mapping it looks better.

Would I need to enable/disable HGIG for each game that I play? I’m not sure why color is such a nuisance I’m quite sure PC would open up a can of worms and be even more messy than PS5.

Any tips/suggestions are greatly appreciated. Maybe I just need to follow a guide for this TV, set it and forget it for all games?

Travelling to Paris with Fizz Mobile

Would you recommend using Fizz while overseas or get an eSIM to save money? Just using it for data sometimes with Google Maps, no need for calls.

My 4K 120Hz gameplay stutters sometimes (macOS)

M3 MacBook Air running the Apple Silicon Boosteroid app here. I have fibre optic internet and I’m using Wifi. H265 codec, max bitrate, PS5 controller connected to the MBA via Bluetooth.

Using USB-C to HDMI 2.1 adapter to connect MBA to 65” LG C3 120Hz 4K OLED TV with VRR.

From the TV itself I am connecting my Bose QuietComfort Ultra headphones via Bluetooth I find it’s better than having both controller and headphones connect to the MBA via Bluetooth.

However I still have occasional stutter with audio it breaks the immersion. It cuts in and out randomly. Does this have anything to do with iCloud or AirPlay on MBA, or should it work just fine on macOS? I wish I could use LG app directly but it’s even worse for performance.

Any suggestions on how to resolve this?

Changing from e-Certificate to Paper during Online Induction Ceremony

Do they give you the option to choose between e-Certificate and Paper for the online induction ceremony? It's coming up in a few days and when the citizenship file was submitted "paper" was selected at the time.

Can this still be changed, or is it too late?

We have travel plans coming up in September and it would really help to have the passport ready before then, especially if paper can take months to receive and e-Certificate is much quicker.

Easiest way to update Seerr? (Ubuntu)

I'm logged into ssh via terminal, Seerr is installed on Ubuntu on Beelink N100 mini PC.

It seems that I can't update via the web UI, so I can only do via SSH?

The first photo looks like something for GTA Online 2, the second photo a fully rendered cutscene in single player. Does the quality seems all over the place to you?
