I guess this is not a what if question but rather about history and legal precedence. Has anyone in court that you have heard about tried to argue against paying child support on their claim that if its a woman's choice only to have a baby then as the father they didnt choose to be in that situation
I tried asking Google or looking for other posts but I keep getting other cases where this may have been used as a side argument or perhaps implied.
What im asking is if theres anyone out there in the past that has actually tried to make this main anchor point for their defense
