I was diagnosed with perianal crohns with fistulas and fissures, back in February. I’ve already had two surgeries and 3 trips to the ER from complications, one of which landed me in the icu for 3 days.

I just got the results back from my endoscopy and they don’t seem good but I haven’t had my follow up yet.

The results are upper GI crohns with chronic duodenitis,focal ulceration, and focal villous atrophy.

Has anyone else dealt with any of this? What’s it mean for me? I was told my perianal is advanced and complicated.

I’ve been sober from alcohol for 37 days today. This is the longest I’ve gone since I was a teenager and I’m now 40. I was to the point of drinking 10-16 drinks a day for around 10 years. I quit cold turkey and I’m not in any type of recovery. How I didn’t have serious withdrawals is beyond me but I’m thankful. That’s just a back story.

Today and yesterday have been insanely tough, out of no where. Every gas station I pass I want to stop and get some tall boys. It’s consuming my mind right now but I’m holding strong and trying to sidetrack myself. I know it’s a tough journey and I know I’ll have tough days but damn…

With that being said I’m proud of myself for making it this far and I plan on being proud of myself tomorrow too.

I don’t know if I’m just venting right now or why I’m saying this here, guess it just felt good to get it out.

What’s a reasonable price for 50mg vyvanse pills in MI USA?

I just got out of the hospital. I went septic with toxic shock and toxic erythema/scalded skin syndrome like symptoms. My face became very red and burned like it was being melted. It was awful.

I am a week and a half out of the hospital and my face is still red, dry, peeling, itchy, and a very mild burn occasionally. Petroleum jelly makes it significantly worse. It burns to a painful level.

My question is has anyone else dealt with anything like this? What other barrier creams work? Aquaphor also makes it more red and burns. I read about La Roche-Posay Cicaplast Baume B5+. Seems like it could be promising.

I got what seems to be a skin infection on my left buttocks. It put me in the hospital last New Year’s Eve. That wasn’t the first time I had the infection in the exact same spot. Now I have it starting again and am on the way to the ER.

My question is, has anyone had any Skins issues around that area that is Crohns related? I was told my diagnosis is pretty advanced and more complicated than usual.
