I have no clue what this is but I don’t remember it being there last year. What an I working with? The stalks have slightly purple/pinkish hues. Looks like maybe some whitish flowers are getting ready to bloom.
Broke down my 8.5 pound ribeye loin today. I separated the eye, spinalis, fat, rib meat, and froze them all individually. Can’t wait to start cooking! I plan to make tallow with the fat and try various methods and recipes with the meat.

I’m only on my fourth injection. I’ve noticed about two days before my injection that I’m feeling really bad. I get all of my old symptoms back for those two days. I take the injection on Friday’s and on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday I feel terrible. Then Saturday I start feeling better. Is the medicine wearing off? Is this normal? Anyone else dealing with this? It’s all new to me still. I do have a follow up appointment in 10 days and will talk to my Dr about it but I’m curious what other people’s experiences are.
I took the 15oz a4 NY Strip steak and portioned into three pieces. I seasoned with only salt let it sit for 30 minutes. The gave it a good hard sear. I fried fresh duck eggs in the tallow with salt and pepper. Then fried some asparagus in the tallow with salt pepper and finished with fresh lemon to cut the richness of everything else. It was insane and for my first time handling Wagyu I’m really happy with how it turned out. Now I’m more confident to cook the other 8.5 pounds of a5 ribeye.

I cut down a wild cherry tree and inoculated it with chicken of the woods plugs late last July. This is what it’s looking like now. I’ve never attempted to grow mushrooms before of any kind. Is this what I’m looking for? Is it mycelium? I want to be excited but also don’t know if I should be. I attempted this post before but the pic was too blurry for anyone to tell. Thanks for any input.

I took my first load dose yesterday of 160mg, eight hours later I had a temp of 102.7, diarrhea, and throwing up. It lasted all night and I’m still down and out.
Anyone else experience anything like this when they started?
