I know a little bit about trading, I originally started back in 2022 right after graduating high school and then I opened up a Roth IRA a few months into my freshman year of college. I’ll throw a little money into it here and there, but for the most part I’ve got safe options in there.
For my birthday I got some money and decided, to hell with it, and bought 1,000 shares of FLYYQ. I know they’re completely screwed and bankrupt, but I’m a glass half full kind of person.
If anyone has bought shares, are you still holding? Do you have any regrets? I’d like to get some new insights.
The picture is mad grainy but I’ve attached the info about my computer. I’ve had it since late 2022, it can barely load basic games without blue screening or sounding like it’s going to blow up. I keep my drivers UTD and my system UTD as well, I routinely clean out my computers storage of games and files that I don’t use or need anymore (mods, etc), I was planning on cleaning it out tonight.
I really can’t afford to get another computer, and I sure as hell can’t afford buying new parts at the moment😭
Does anyone know what I can do to fix this or make it somewhat better?
After having my second iud (liletta) inserted, I’m a tad suspicious of my first insertion.
I’d like to preface by saying the only thing I did differently was choose a different doctor to insert it.
An hour prior, my mom gave me four arthritis Tylenol and then we were on our way. I told my doctor the first time I had a vasovagal response and almost passed out, she was kind enough to give me a heat pack on my stomach during insertion, an ice pack under my shirt on my chest and one on my forehead.
After she inserted the speculum, she sized me, which completely through me off because during my first appointment I wasn’t sized, they just shoved the iud in and called it a day.
This now has me thinking, because my first insertion was so traumatic and painful (which had me down for 3 days unable to walk) did they do something wrong?? Did they give me an iud that was way too big for my uterus since they didn’t measure me?
This second time around, I was up and walking around like nothing happened. Of course I still had pain and cramping, but no where near as severe as the first time.
After years of going back and forth with giving up and trying to find a routine and understanding my hair, I’ve finally got it down!!
I always knew my hair had some wave to it, but I never knew that it was able to look like THIS. I am so beyond happy of my progress, and I have nobody else to thank except for DevaCurl 🥹🫶🏼
I’m looking for a new endocrinologist to help with my hashimotos & subclinical hypothyroidism, I had one in southern New Hampshire but unfortunately he’s left the hospital.
My PCP has taken a temporary place as my endocrinologist, but I fear this is out of her realm of expertise. If anyone knows of any good endocrinologists that are taking on new patients that also accept blue cross, please throw them my way!
I don’t mind if I have to drive into Boston or up to Concord, as long as they’re good!
I (22F) was deep in thought yesterday, cogs were turning and cobwebs were being dusted off, and I realized something - I think for the past 2 years of me fighting with my doctors and OB’s was a waste of time, I don’t think I have endometriosis, I think it’s just my wack ass thyroid.
About 3 years ago when I was diagnosed with hashimotos and subclinical hypothyroidism, I was having EXTREME bleeding and had a gut feeling that something was wrong. I’ve always had heavy periods, but this time was different, this was me sneezing and it felt like I pissed my pants, this was me having stiff joints, back pain, hip pain and cramps that I’ve never experienced before.
My diagnosis was completely accidental, I just told the OB what was happening and that I knew something was wrong, so they sent me to get a bunch of blood tests done. Ever since I was diagnosed, my periods have just been atrocious, the pains and bloating, the hot flashes, the inability to regulate body temperature, acne, and the extreme fatigue (to the point where I had to stop driving for a while due to almost falling asleep behind the wheel)
I’ve been going back and forth with my OB and I’ve had countless tests done, and other than the occasional cyst, nothing. And this has lead me to believe this entire time it’s just my hashimotos making my period and life a living hell.
Are there any other women who can relate to this? If so, what has your experience been like? I’ve honestly been thinking of getting off levothyroxine and trying to find a doctor that will prescribe me thyroid armour
Bro I thought she was feeling much better, she just came back from the hospital😭😭
Me seething with jealousy
I’ll be starting the process tonight by taking the first pill, is there anything you wish you knew before hand? Anything odd you experienced? My friend told me to stock up on anti diarrhea meds before hand, but I just wanna make sure I’m not going into this totally blind.
I (21F) have been beaten back and forth by this Mercury Retrograde. Beginning of July I was told I had a huge growth on my ovary, then I got a check engine light on my car because of some gas leak, then I’ve been having anxiety attacks along with mixed bipolar 2 episodes, and on top of it all I’ve been experiencing terrible cramps and want to bite my boyfriends head off.
Well, today I was like “hm, maybe I should take two tests because I was supposed to get my period a few days ago” and bitch I’ll just let you guess what the results were.
As I’m on FaceTime with my boyfriend sobbing on the bathroom floor, I hear my parents fighting about money and bills - like guys we have bigger fish to fry here (jokes jokes)
TL;DR - I just really need support and kind words, i obviously know I won’t be keeping it because I can barely take care of myself right now, I’m finishing university, and I plan on going to esthetics school.

Just thought this was funny to post, but I know for a fact that my hypomanic / purge episodes are single-handedly CARRYING my local goodwill.
I’m trying to step outside of my comfort zone and wear brighter makeup to work since I work in a beauty setting, what do we think? 🌝
I’m a firm believer in astrology, and all I have to say right now is - this mercury retrograde is going to make me eat two whole grapefruits.
I’ve been great with taking my meds, but it’s like every day is different shit. I’ve just been having bad news and shit thrown at me everyday for the past two weeks, everything my boyfriend does right now is piling up and enraging me, and I’ve purged my entire bedroom, closet and bathroom.
I am stressed out BEYOND belief.
I’d have to say hands down the most satisfying part of my routine at night is getting out the Q-Tips and rolling the goop strings out of my lower lids.
What’s your favorite part of your skincare routine?
After years of trying random products, watching tiktoks that aren’t even close to my hair type, and essentially throwing spaghetti at the wall and seeing what sticks, I’ve finally found a routine that works!!
Routine :
Shampoo & Conditioner - Redken Soft Curls
Leave-In Spray - DevaCurl 12 in 1
Curl Cream - Cake Curl Cream
Gel - CurlSmith Styling Soufflé
After the shower, I section my hair three times and wet my hair with more water if it’s lost any moisture. I then go in with the spray and cream, rake it through and scrunch, and then finish scrunching with gel. I do this with all three sections, plop with a microfiber towel for 25-30 mins, then diffuse with my head upside down.
