The user can create batteries that can power anything with extra energy to boost them, even something that isn't electric. The batteries don't power things with cursed energy, that's just too op. And they only last 15 minutes at most

Example being, the user could use a battery on themselves to get a leverage in a fight if they're losing. Or their bike to work is too slow, so they use a battery to speed up

An empty spot like that on a mountain with a thunderjaw, slaughterpine, dreading, and a storm bird is just too good to be true. There HAS to be SOMETHING here
