Vintage Miniature Effect Advice Needed

Hello! I want to create a 1970s-ish stop motion movie-like effect in Blender, but I’m pretty beginner and I’m not sure how to get it right.
The first pic is my attempt, the second pics is after post-processing, and the next pics are kind of what I’m going for. (I couldn’t find many good examples of up-close props, so I just included refs the general style + I’m not asking for advice on this image alone, this is just an example. Any sort of tips for this style are welcome!)
I added compositor glare and chromatic aberration, tilt shift blur, a short depth of field, and enlarged the textures but it still looks all wrong.
Any advice appreciated, big or small! Also, if your advice extends into other programs like Photoshop or so on, that’s fine, too. I’m even experimenting with digitally painting it.
Thanks!

Poster for my band’s new single

We released a single that’s a cover of ‘Shadows From Nowhere’ by Blue Gas and decided to make a psychedelic horror poster for it!

Psychedelic Horror Poster for my band’s new single

Tried to make a psychedelic horror poster inspired by 60s-80s horror posters! It’s for a song we are covering, Shadows From Nowhere by Blue Gas (1983).

Psychedelic Horror Poster for my band

Tried to make a psychedelic horror poster (inspired by 60s-80s horror/thriller posters) for my band’s new single, a cover of ‘Shadows From Nowhere’ by Blue Gas (An Italian disco group from 1983). These posters were made in Procreate. If you swipe, you’ll see I played with some different masking layers. I’m not a fan of how the bottom text looks, but got it as close as I could to what I wanted. I also played with some different texture overlays. Any tips for if I make any more?
Hope you like it!
