Looking for info on handheld explosive launchers, because today I learned that the RPG-7 doesn't just create a massive area-of-effect explosion, but focuses all the explosive energy into a column to pierce through tanks and stuff.

The reason I ask is I'm 3D modeling some fantasy video game weapons and I'd like to base a rocket launcher and its ammo off of real world examples. Do you guys know some kinds of rocket propelled ammo that do explode in an area of effect?

For years now I've had this extremely vague memory of I think a cartoon from the 90s, and the only detail I can remember about it is that there were a bunch of robots (i think) that were chanting "Be like me, be like me!" over and over. And then I THINK I vaguely remember a giant version of the robot coming out and saying "Be like me!" but slowed down and lower pitch.

I have no idea what this could be, I say 90s because that's about the time period I would have seen it, but it could be 80s. Maybe it was on Fox Kids, as I watched that channel when I was really young. I remember watching Bobby's World and The Brave Little Toaster, but I highly doubt it was from either of those series.

Was digging through my youtube comment history looking for lost treasures, and found the aforementioned video title, but the video was privated. So I looked on the internet archive and the only available snapshot was from before they switched off of flashplayer.

I find it very amusing but also sad that regular people will use ai and then get defensive or display ashamed behavior in response to if they used it.

This girl I've been friends with for a number of years, we were never close or anything but we were always pretty chill and enthusiastic for each other's work because we're both musicians.

The past couple of years she's been posting photos of herself that look heavily ai-enhanced and sharpened. Once I found a photo where her face was two different expressions on the same photo.

Then I saw this exact type of photo again on her instagram story. I replied to her story "is this ai generated?" and then went about my day. I got on to check my messages to find she had just immediately blocked me upon seeing my message lol.

God this is such a fucking weird time we live in.

i wanna say it was probably like 20 lbs so it wasn't anything insanely heavy but i dropped it vertically so the entire weight of the beam slammed onto my bare foot in one singular square spot from like 4 or so feet up. my foot was swollen and had a huge bruise on it for awhile, but my bones weren't broken.

I've been trying to find a place to go swimming for fitness, but every single place I look at costs at least $500 a year or more. Even the YMCA is like $700 a year. Are there any in town that aren't so highly priced?

Razer Synapse 2.25, the last version of Razer Synapse 2, does not have an offline mode. On top of this, for some reason, it screwed up how my macros work, making my autoclicker macros click way too much and way too fast, instead of a set speed and amount.

I tried to install Razer Synapse 2.20, but it still requests login and immediately tries to update upon logging in. I've tried disconnecting from internet, it says no network found at login and stops there. I've tried deleting the update exe and dll files, and without those it doesn't even launch.

Is there a community fix or alternative for this? Why the fuck would Razer discontinue this software without removing all the internet stuff?

EDIT: if I run the 2.20 installer, log in, then kill the updater through task manager, it will not update unless i do so manually, BUT it doesn't detect any of my hardware, even after a restart.

Twitch, stop fucking showing me google's shitty fucking ai garbage dogshit slop ads. i wish we could block specific ads from ever showing up.

There's a lot of things I dislike about this game but I think the fishing minigame is legitimately the worst part of it all. Sure, it's not mandatory for anything huge, but it's gotta be the most boring and frustrating time sink in the entire game. The controls are extremely unintuitive and the fact that you have to not only predict wherre the fish will go but also hope that you don't press the wrong direction because of how terrible the controls are.
