I just go a 1st generation Nintendo switch and I’m going to try to hack it, but I always wanted a R36h or a R36s. I don’t know if I should forget about getting one of them and just mod my switch. I would like to get some advice about it.

So my roommate didn’t tell me that he is moving out this Thursday he didnt even give a 2 weeks notice. Do I still give him back his security deposit? I feel like it’s unfair to give him back the whole amount because it will take sometime to get a new roommate. What should I do?
